Very nice property, located in Mestre, which means you can park your car in hotel and take 20 min bus/train ride to Venice. Ofcourse they charge you nominally for your car parking. Good, friendly staff giving timely help, including arranging of Bus tickets to Venice. Groceries, Restaurants, Bus & train stations available near by. Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and had enough options Overall , Value for money guaranteed.

Room was small but everything was working, bed was comfortable, shower would need some instructions but we figured out how it is working. Space enough in the wardrobe, everything in hall and at the breakfast clean as it should be. Free parking on the back side of the hotel available. Staff at the reception was awesome - > thanks a lot!

Breakfast, either too much guest, or much more likely as it looked there, the sizes of the dishes available for the guest were to small. The staff was not able to refill a lot of things in time. You had to wait very long if the tomatoes were running out to get new once, same on cheese bred and most of the things taken by the most guest. The guests had also no manners on the queue of the coffee machine at the breakfast. There would be necessary to control who queued first etc.

Room was ok, not too spacy but comfort. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but worth of taking. Hotel is located near highway junction but it is well isolated and quiet. There was a shopping mall, 2 minutes drive. There is a market nearby. Bus station for Venice (number 2) is located in a walking distance, 10 - 15 minutes. Bus tickets can be bought at reception, which is great plus. There is a free parking as well as paid one, rate is 8 euros per day.

Second bed was a bit uncomfortable, additional blankets would be welcomed. More power plugs would be nice.

Good breakfast with a large selection. The room was big, comfortable bed. Clean. Staff was helpful, they kept our bags before and after check in and check out so that we could explore Venice without suitcases. Free (unguarded) or paid (guarded) parking Overall a good stay

We were 4 and only had 2 sets of towels. We asked for 2 extra ones and 3 extra pillows but only got 2 extra pillows and they forgot the extra towels. We didn't insist, certainly if we had asked again they would have given us but we managed with what we had. Double bed was conforatble but the double sofa bed not so much. Location ok, right by the highway but 10 min walking to the bus that takes to venice

We stayed there to have one day trip to Venezia. Rooms were clean. There was a basic coffee/tea station in the rooms. We received two rooms next to each other. There is a parking next to the hotel which we used. We were also able to leave our bags after checkout without any further fees. Swimming pool was nice and the surroundings as well. Kids had fun after the long drive.

Pool was only open till 7pm which was too early for us. We would be happier if it was slightly longer - till 8.30 for example.

Nice hotel with most facilities available for comfortable stay, I like the front office support and accommodating early checking early as 9:00 am just for Euro 20.00 was perfect after long flixbus ride from Munich to Venice for 08 hours. Get to city nearest bus stop just a small walk around 800 meters it will cost Euro 1.50 to get to City of Venice which you can buy tickets from hotel front office, if you take taxi it will cost you around Euro 20 to 25.

Basic things like iron was not available in the room but ironing room available in the 1st floor and breakfast was just nothing much compared to other hotels which we stayed.

Breakfast was pretty good and only E15.the croissants were amazing. The bar staff were al interested in helping me get the right wine and cocktails and the receoption staff were super cheery and helpful for a non italian traveller. Everything was explained clearly, parking was even discounted for me (theres paidn and free parking options). The bed was very comfortable and large and the bathroom was also very large.

the fridge was very small but quite adequate for me. i couldnt work out how to shut the safe - my italian isnt good enough for the instructions

The hotel is excellent. The highway is on the corner however you absolutely do feel like in a garden and beach resort. The breakfast is good but the best is that you can have a peaceful and pleasant dinner after a long day. Nice food and good choice with kids. Pool is great with kids until 7pm. The rooms are quite and comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but still clean and convenient. We were happy with choosing Novotel Mestre. Definitely coming again.

I cannot recall any negative comment during our stay.

The hotel is absolutely sparkling clean! The rooms are very spacious and has all the amenities one would need inside the room. They also gave us a free crib for my infant.

Even though the rooms were ready, the staff made it a point to only handover the keys exactly on time for the check-in, not one minute early. The hotel is not actually in Venice, but in the mainland, which I knew, but didn't anticipate that it would take 2-3 connections to get to Venice island.

Very convenient location to get around easily if you need the mobility of going to the train station, the airport, or taking a bus to the main Venice islands without having to pay a lot. The grocery store is just a Blick away as well as a pretty good stake house. The food inside the hotel is great! Very clean and a good value for your buck.

The showers are a bit small (and weirdly designed), and the shower soap didn't get refilled until we asked.
