The room was smaller than expected, but it was still perfect for a 2-night, one-person stay. It was convenient to have a water kettle in the room to make my own tea. I really loved that my room had a bathtub outside the bathroom and in the room itself - that was special and funky. Also great to have a bidet in the restroom. Hotel was just a few steps from the LIMA subway station, that was GREAT. Breakfast was not huge but had enough variety and all you need to kickstart the day, with efficient cappuccino or coffee service. There was a mini-mini fridge in the room which is practical. Everyone working there was helpful and friendly, from reception to barista to cleaner. Only maybe the nighttime receptionist was a bit slow for my check-in at midnight when I was so tired and couldn't wait to get to my room, but I guess no one is too quick at that time of night. Wifi was good.

There were constant wafts of cigarette smoke smell in the hallway. People are not behaving and smoking, so better to remind guests there is no smoking in the rooms. Elevator was VERY slow but that is minor and ok to make people take the stairs and exercise.

The hotel seems pretty small but the room had everything wee needed, good bed, good size room, clean bathroom, no hard smells of perfumes or cleaning solutions. As we had a flight cancelation in Bergamo, traveled for 1h to center Milan we were pleased to arrive at this "John Wich" looking hotel, which has reception open 24h.

Sadly the AC was not working but we slept with the windows open(23C), the streets of Milan are busy but there's nothing some good earplugs can't fix.

The location is very close to the Central Station and close to the metro stations and tram. There are markets and nice restaurants in the area. Overall I liked the hotel.

The bed was two combined single beds which I find uncomfortable. Also the room was a little bit cold for our taste and there was no device to heat up the room but to be hones we we didn’t ask about it to reception. Also I find it weir the sink is not in the bathroom but in the bedroom but maybe it is a cultural thing I don’t know.

The hotel is in a convenient location easily reached by bus from Milano Centrale. The bed was comfortable. Nice tiny toilet with sink. I liked the nostalgic touch. As there was no room for a shower in the "bath" they put a nostalgic bathtub in the room. That's an original solution to the problem. The room was so tiny that there was no room for a cabinet

The bed only had a thin comforter while the outside temperature was still rather cold.. I had to wear my woolen sweater as I was cold in bed.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for the weekend. Quality and price were good! Best welcoming ever by the reception. Smiling and available staff. Rooms were bigger than we expected and the photos are thruthful. Breakfast was really good. They also deposit our luggages when we check-out so we could visit the city without taking them with us. Thank you Demidoff Hotel. We would be very happy to come and stay in your hotel next time we go to Milano!

Perfect location close to Metro, very friendly staff, cool room. I also got a good deal on Booking so very good value.

Cleaning could have been a little better, breakfast very "italian" but a nice cappuccino.

It was a day stay but I really enjoyed it: kind, professional staff and always availabile to recommend what to do and what to visit in the city. They reserved me and suggested me a good restaurant in the area. Clean and big room. Nice and original interior desing of the hall, the bar and the reception. I recommend to everyone! I will surely come back during my next stay in Milan!

Staff was so kind, professional and very helpful during my stay. They suggested me a good restaurant nearby the area. Location was perfect: near to one of the main commercial avenues on the city and near the Central station. My room was well cleaned and bigger than I expected. Breakfast was very yummy. Many choices from salted to sweet treats! Loved the style of that hotel. I'm certainly coming back soon.

Location about 20 mins walk from Train station. Near Metro. Easy access to everywhere. Near shopping area and eateries. Friendly staff. Helpful front office team. A nice lady from the breakfast server lady from the Philippines. Sorry I've forgotten your name. Great hospitality! Thank you Thomas for welcoming us and being very accommodating. Overall: EXCELLENT STAY!
