Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We needed to keep the keys with us to access the building. It is in a building with other businesses. Other tenants were helpful and showed us how to exit the building after the concierge left. Just 150m to metro

The check in process was by my phone. Same day while we were travelling. I had changed my SIM card so the phone number was not known to my visa so I was unable to complete the check in process. I should have used WhatsApp to phone or text back to explain. The concierge in the building was helpful and phoned the owner for me so we could access the room. Need some information in the room about local places to eat

The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also very interesting, full of taste and filling to get the spirit moving around Milan. Its location is amazing. Very close to Metro Station Lima, very close to the Bus Station for Malpensa-Bergamo-Linate and also to Milan central train station.

There's hardly anything about this hotel that I have to dislike. Every time we step out of the hotel we are already in the middle of a comfortable crowd.

We had an amazing stay at The Best Hotel! Easy to reach from Central Station, about a 10 minute walk. Clean rooms and super friendly staff, and the breakfast included was a bonus. Everything felt very safe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in Milan again!

The room and especially the bathroom were pretty small - absolutely fine for a weekend but any longer it might have got a bit cramped! It's also a little bit of a walk from Milan's main attractions but nothing unbearable (and of course, we could have just got a metro or a bus, we just didn't want to!)

Amazing location, 8 min walk from Central station. Every single member of staff were incredibly friendly. we originally booked for February. However, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to change our booking and the hotel could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10, probably the best continental breakfast I have had to date. Lots of choices. We struck gold with our room as it had a balcony and was incredibly spacious. There is an amazing market outside the hotel every Saturday. The hotel deserves more than two stars

The room was cosy, warm, there was hot water anytime, the bed was confortable. The breakfast was good (cheese, ham, croissants, biscuits, fruits, yogurt, coffee, tea), the hotel is nice and clean. Also, it's good located, close to the Central Station and 2 metro stations (5 min walk). The staff is nice and helpful, overall, it's a very good option in Milan, taking into consideration that is a 2 stars hotel and their prices.

The shower cabin is quite small and the walls are very thin. If other guests are not very silent in the late evening, you will hear them talking or laughing.

We booked this hotel based on the proximity to the main train station, and ease of getting around the city centre. It was clean, safe, had a beautiful garden/courtyard, and a surprisingly complete breakfast. It wasn't fancy (the bunks were a metal bedframe), but very safe and clean based on central location.

Breakfast was just enough. They kept a good time slot and the meal options plentiful. The location is perfect. It is easy to walk to/from train station, metro, and good shopping areas. The room is good however i did not like the accordion door. In the evening when i would wake up to use the toilet, the accordion made lots of noise.

Staff were very friendly and with great memory. Gave us our key even before we mentioned our room number. Breakfast provided, though simple, was very delicious. Bread and croissants were hot/warm.

A bit cramped within the room but not a big issue for us since we only go back at night to sleep. I chose neutral emoticon for facilities cos there weren’t any gyms/ swimming pools so I can’t comment, not because I’m unhappy.

Lovely small hotel with friendly staff , basic room but very clean ,comfortable bed . Breakfast was ok had really good coffee . Staff is always very helpful when you need something .

You can hear loud noises coming from next door bathroom as the fans & toilet flush is very loud woke me up in the morning when people in the other rooms went to toilet ,wasn’t good as it woke us up in the middle of the night both nights . Hotel management need to sort the sound in the bathrooms .

From my stay, I would highlight the hotel staff the most. They always smiled, said hello and quickly remembered my habits. The lady who served the guests at breakfast quickly remembered that I like cappuccino and after 3 days she always brought it to me without asking. I really appreciate this little detail.

If I could advise what would make my stay at the hotel more pleasant, it would be the following two things. First, I would expand the offer at breakfast by a few types of vegetables. The hotel does not offer any vegetables at breakfast. Second, the quality and speed of the internet could be better. My internet often dropped out and the connection was very slow.
