A very good budget hotel in a very expensive city. Close to Milano Centrale. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the second time we've stayed here. No problems.

We stayed 4 nights as we basically just needed a place to rest while touring around Milan and hotel Nettuno did its job well: the rooms are basic but all the essentials are there, they gave us fresh towels every day and the room was clean. The guys at the reception were all very friendly and polite. It is without any doubt that the rooms haven’t been refurbished in a while but you can see it from the pictures. Overall, a good stay if you just need to sleep and take a shower, luxury can be found somewhere else.

The bed was quite hard, there are no hangers in the bathroom, something that should be easy to fix if they would like to.

The guy at the front desk was so lovely and friendly. The air con was excellent and the room was really clean with all the amenities we needed. It was an excellent location (especially to the train station) for access to bars, patisseries, cafes and restaurants, lots of yummy food and coffee in the area. They were very accomodating and allowed us to store our bags after checkout for as long as we needed for no extra cost. Shower had excellent pressure.

The bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were very thin (I would have liked having 2 pillows). The room was quite dark but this was ok.

The hotel is a short walk from the central train station and very easy to get to/from via public transportation even late in the night (the night bus stopped just a 2 minute walk). The staff was super friendly and helpful. It is great value for the price, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

It was a bit noisy, the room was a bit dark and the beds not the most comfortable - but for the price and location it was still great and I would recommend.

Great location. 5-10min walk from Milan Centrale where you can get train/coach to and from the airport for around €10-20. Plenty of food places and bars local within a 5 min walking distance. Stay are polite very easy check in. It’s not a 5 star so don’t expect a luxury room but the beds & bathroom where clean, the air on worked and it was cleaned daily.

We stayed in a triple room. It was not big, but sufficient for three single beds to fit. There were clean towels and necessary utensils in bathroom. The location of the hotel is quite nice if you have early train/flight, as in the front desk there is always someone and we very easily could do a check out even at 5 am.

The beds were not very comfortable. Also, I found it a little bit strange, that we had to leave the keys in the front desk when we went out in the evening and collect them again when we came back.

Near central station and shopping street, supermarkets and eating places nearby as well. Clean bathroom and strong shower. Airconditioning in the room was very efficient- much appreciated during the hot summer days!

Some areas of the room seemed neglected in terms of cleanliness but overall ok.

The hotel might be small, but it's worth every penny. The staff is so helpful and kind and made us feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. I read many people complained about the fact that they had to leave their key in the reception, but I didn't have any problem with that. The staff was trustworthy and didn't make me feel weird at all.

Some streets around the hotel might feel a bit too edgy or sketchy for tourists who haven't ventured a lot into big cities, but overall, I felt safe and everything was fine.

For this price it was more than amazing! We got there, the lady at the reception was very nice and spoke good English. The room wasn’t something exceptional but had everything you might need: towels, personal care items, air conditioner. The check out was at 10 am but they agreed to store our luggage until our departure while we walked around the city. Very close to Milano Centrale and not too far away from Duomo.

I was very happy with my stay here. It was one of the cheapest hotels so at first I was worried but it honestly exceeded my expectations, I felt very safe in the hotel as there was a receptionist 24/7 and at night time they lock the door so a staff member must open for you which made me feel relieved. The room was very clean and the ac was nice ☺️. Obviously it’s a 1 star hotel so you can’t expect more for the room but for the price I paid I felt like it was enough.
