I was looking for a hotel near the train station and really a place just to sleep for a couple of nights (since I spent most of my time in Milan exploring) and this hotel was perfect for that. The front desk worker who checked me in was really nice. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Water sometimes easily escaped from the shared bathroom showers, wetting the floor.

Our room was very clean. It was unexpected for me that a 2-star hotel provides daily cleaning. The hotel is not far from the Lima metro station and the train station. Just perfect.

I would add more smaller hangers for clothes.

the location is great, close to the main train station. The room has air conditioning, which you will greatly appreciate in the summer. They have a beautiful garden at the back where you can have a great coffee

The hotel is very close to the Milano Centrale railway and metro station, yet it was quiet, in an area with a lot of shops and close to a Saturday market. The room was small, but nice and clean, the beds comfortable.

I wish the TV had not only Italian, but also some other programmes.

The staff, from reception to cleaning to departure, were welcoming and saw to our every need. It was nice to be able to sit in a quiet garden setting, sipping a cool white wine from their bar, and nibbling on our own olives and cheese purchased from the nearby supermarket, after a long day of sightseeing. We also especially liked the fluffy white towels that were provided with the daily room servicing. On our last evening, the pleasant sound of the music from a nearby event seemed to go on for too long, but the closing of the double-glazed windows blocked out all but the tiniest of sounds, ensuring a good night's sleep. We fully recommend this hotel for good value.

We knew we would have stairs to climb as there isn't a lift. So, those who are not fully able should make sure of a lower floor. Also, larger people would feel cramped in our shower recess - I did at 180cm and 81kg.

Great location, lovely clean and quiet room.

The staff at the check-in desk were the highlight of the stay; they're super helpful, courteous and friendly. The room was spacious enough and thoroughly cleaned. The bed was really comfortable. The location was 5 minutes walk from the central station.

The A/C in the room didn't work but they gave us a fan when we asked.

Location is very good, close to restaurants, shopping, popular obects.

The walls is very thin, you can hear water, matress was very hard.
