Teodora’s house is a beautiful example of the architecture of the district over 100 years ago. Classy proportions, lovely high ceilings and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The owners are extremely friendly and go to great lengths to maximize the quality of your stay. We had an outstanding breakfast prepared fresh for us each morning in the lovely rear garden. It is only a short 10 minute walk to Centrale Station- a great launching pad to all that Milan has to offer.

Rooms are on the second floor and if you have heavy bags, unless you’re young and strong, it can be an effort to get them up the staircase- but this is a minor inconvenience and you only have to do it once. (The owners will certainly assist whenever possible.)

After a warm welcome and a drink we got all the informations for our stay. The room is clean, cosy and well furnished. The highlight of the B&B is the amazing breakfast on terrace outside with a lot of variety and excellent quality of products. It‘s the best breakfast we got in Italy (and we have seen a lot of b&b in Bella Italia since years). So we think You can not find a better price quality level for a stay in Milano. We will surly come back for a next stay at Milano and can highly recommend this place. The hosts are very kind and make You feel comfortable and at home. Thank You very much for the great stay. There are two rooms at the top of this beautiful and elegant home with use of a sitting room, dining room and terrace. Great air conditioning. An ample and tasty breakfast was beautifully presented every morning on the terrace. Flavia was so helpful by finding out lots of information about the trains to Monza before we arrived and the whole family gave us lots of information while we were there. two beautiful dogs lived there also. Handy location near to Milan central train station and the Via Vitruvio shopping area and metro plus places to eat.

Just be aware that there are two flights of stairs up to the rooms although not an issue - even with my injured knee.

Teodora Apartment is a short, flat walk from Milan central station. Apartment 1 was at the top of the building at the back, with a delightful balcony overlooking the garden and gardens of neighbouring apartments. This was a wonderful spot in the mornings and at twilight. It felt like I was actually living in Milan. The noisiest thing was the bird song. The room was surprisingly large and the bathroom was well equipped, with a great shower. No tv or fridge. There are two dogs. I love dogs, so for me this was a bonus. Breakast was served in a lovely ground floor room overlooking the garden (which was available for use) as was a separate lounge. There was a large market held in the square opposite on the Saturday. Easy access to shops. I felt safe at all hours in the area despite being close to the station. Hosts were very accommodating (though as they noted, I didn't see a lot of them due to my scheduling).

Nothing really. The apartment is up two flights of stairs. This wasn't an issue for me but could be if you had a lot of luggage or mobility issues. Although close to the station, the apartment is quite a walk to the Duomo and most other attractions. Again, this wasn't an issue for me as I love walking but something to consider if that is an issue for you as you may need to use public transport or taxis.

Really lovely host family. Accommodated an early check in, gave us coffee while we were waiting and had just landed. The breakfast was exceptional: lot of protein options, plus homemade sweet breads. Juice, good jam, etc. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very quiet, on the interior. Well located just far from the train station to be calm (easy 10-min walk). Bathroom had what we needed, and everything was very clean. I hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip through Milano!

Small safe quiet family-run B&B. Not fancy, no TV in room, but definitely my style. Simple comfortable large clean room with good bed, small living room, nice dining room and a lovely patio overlooking a beautiful yard. Excellent breakfast, fresh fruit, eggs made just for me, plus cheeses, Italian meat, yogurt and more. I was initially concerned because it is pet friendly and I am a bit afraid of dogs, but the owner’s 2 dogs were nice and gentle. I am glad I chose this place. I could walk from the Central train station, walk to the Duomo and other sites, and eat dinner within a few blocks.

This is an absolutely adorable B&B. We LOVED it!!!! The family (owners) went out of their way to make our stay superb. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful. We had an early departure and they sent us with some sandwiches since we left too early for breakfast. They have a lovely patio and garden which was available for us to enjoy. The entire place was spotlessly clean. it is a convenient walk from the central train station. They helped us with metro routes and a metro station is very convenient and straightforward to use. I highly, highly, highly recommend Teodora. One of the best places we have ever stayed. I would give them a 15 out of 10 if possible.

We loved EVERYTHING!!

Breakfast very very good, good variety of choices and plenty. Excellent service. Room and house very clean. Access to a lovely back garden. Two very friendly and lovely dogs also in the house. Hosts were welcoming, looked very well after us, gave all the info we wanted and needed.

This is nitpicking - shower head a bit tired and leaking / spraying water when in use. Easy to resolve and wont take anything away from the positive experience we had.

Teodora B&B is very close to the station, so you can easily walk to the accommodation or catch the train to get to any tourist attractions that aren't within walking distance. The room was large and nicely furnished. It has a lovely small balcony that looks over the garden. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. They offer advice on restaurants and places to visit. They also serve a lovely breakfast at beautifully set tables and cook you fresh eggs in the morning. I definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great.

Everything, from the moment we arrived, our hosts made us feel nothing but welcome. Also they asked straight away if we liked dogs ( love them), and we made a big fuss over them…. must add that if you aren’t as happy as we where, the dogs are kept away. Breakfast was very good, and our room over looked the back garden which was lovely…. all the property is spotless, and as I mentioned before, the hosts where lovely and very helpful. Very handy to the train station, and close to the Metro…. highly recommended
