The fact that the people that work hear value Italians more then actuall tourist. On the website it said full booked since I slept here the night before I asked the guy already in the morning if there is a bed free to give it to me and he said no problem now we are fully booked but once there is one open we will contact you since I had to leave my luggage there at the storage so when I came back while still looking for a hotel I saw the guy giving 2 other guys a bed but they also didn’t have a booking he told me to wait while waiting I saw him once again giving another guy a room ! But hey I was still there waiting waiting and waiting at the end for him to tell me to leave the Ostel

The staff were amazing, very helpful when asked about trains and buses etc. When we arrived it was late and the staff arranged a pizza delivery with no delivery charge which we ate in the communal area and were provided with glasses and napkins. It had a really homey atmosphere with games to play in the communal areas.

Couldn’t get hot water, although we were only there two nights so it didn’t really bother us having cold ones and I’m sure if it was brought to the staffs attention it would have been sorted.

The staff was great, they even said they could make a small breakfast which wasn't normally included. Sadly, this time the one in charge of the breakfast wasn't able to make it for reason. I really like QT8 and the surroundings are great, not too much people.

Whenever you go out, you have to put your room key to the basket. This way they'll secure you don't lose the key but this method is a little unique to me but it worked great since the place has staff 24/7.

Young ambient ' near to sansiro and quite easy to reach the center of the city with tram. Special salutations to Silvia ' and the lady from breakfast very kind and gentle.

Maybe a little bit warmer water in the shower could be great, but since we are young who cares.🙊

Dodgy breakfast. Mini hard toast, jams and coffee. Preferred my breakfast when I used to be in prison. The glass was better tasting. Location was so far away from the centre I walked through the desolate wasteland to get to Milan. Literally almost drank out of a fountain as I thought it was a bar but it was just a mirage.

receptionist! Unfortunately, I don’t know the name, the young Italian guy is blond (he is the only one there 😊) he is just an ideal administrator, very friendly, cheerful, smiling, with mega kind, radiant energy!!! ❤️🙏🏻 Thank you very much!!!

the room was not very clean, the shower worked very strangely, I had to press the button every 5 seconds 🤦🏼‍♀️and the water constantly ran, did not close. The sink was clogged....

The stuff in this hostel is really nice! We got a room for one night, and liked it. The room was clean, shower was clean as well, hot water was there. A bit strange push button in the shower, but it was ok. Beds are very comfy.

The room is ver poor equipped for this value. But it was one of the cheapest options in Milano close to center.

Perfect value for money, including breakfast and facilities available to hold luggage on check out date. Clean bedding and towels provided, room cleaned everyday. I stayed in 4 all girl dorm with private bathroom, we all had our own charging outlet. Slept very well and would stay here again!

Bunk bed was a little bit noisy

David at reception was extremely friendly. All the staff were as well. Very clean hostel as far as hostels go. The room was a very good size and the facilities were very good.

There was no air-conditioning because of which we had to leave the bedroom window accessing our balcony open. This let in a few mosquitoes which caused trouble while sleeping at night.

The Metro is within short walking distance and location wise it's not too far from the centre. It's a quite area surrounded by housing. Locals walk their dog in the evening and they're friendly. Staffs are available 24 hours and are very helpful. For this price, I think one shouldn't complain much.

The smell of the bathroom is bad and the faucet is broken causes water wastage. There's a shady park area nearby on the main road but you can skip the main road and use the smaller street between the housing area.
