You know you'll enjoy your stay by how you're greeted and treated at the reception. Having traveled for nearly 21 hours and arriving on a cold and wet winter afternoon, Marco was warm and most welcoming. The check-in was abreeze. I requested for a room with window and was not disappointed. Decent room size with queen bed and practical layout. Bed, pillows, and linens were super clean and comfy. Ensuite bathroom with high pressure hot/cold shower and basic toiletries are provided. Location may seem outskirt from Milan city, but there is a tram stop just across the road from the hotel's entrance. Thus, it is convenient to get to anywhere. Cafes, restaurants and a large supermarket are 3-8mins walk away. I was skeptical about its location at first, but I am really glad I chose this hotel. I had a very good experience at this hotel and I highly recommend Hotel Morfeo Milano! Thank you for the great customer experience and I will undoubtedly stay here again..

Nothing to dislike. Only positive and honest review.

The room was perfect. It was clean, cozy, and well build. Double bed was very comfortable. There were outlets with USB type A and C on the walls. Wifi was exceptional. There was a smart TV with quite big screen. I've used to cast something from my phone and it played perfectly. Refrigerator worked good as well. When you left the room, you take the RFID card with you but it worked nevertheless and kept my drinks cold. Shower and toilets were okay as well. Water temp. changed sometimes while showering but it was minor. Overall, it was very good stay. I will surely prefer this facility again.

You can tell the entire hotel has been refurbished at one time so everything feels new but still with the character of an older building. Breakfast was very good and staff are all very friendly. Quality of bedding and linen is very high and room is well equipped with nice mini fridge and excellent TV.

Location is ok but needs bus and metro to reach RHO exhibition center and again for Malpensa it is not on the train line so i recommend to take a taxi to Bovisa station to catch Malpensa express rather than going in to the city and losing time. The area around the hotel is a nothing special.

Clean & Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, exceptional breakfast and breakfast staff! Room was clean and well equipped, hotel recently renovated and looks great.

Whilst in the room, you could only use one electrical appliance at once - for example whilst the iron was plugged in and on, the hairdryer wouldn’t work - we weren’t told of this, so we ended up with no electricity. The hairdryer was very difficult to use, the button had to be held down continuously for it to work, which was very difficult to use and a very stiff button, not suitable for arthritis sufferers. Recommend to bring your own hairdryer!

Very bright newly refurbished hotel no so far from Milan city center. Big smart TV, super comfy beds, spotless clean, very good breakfast. The modern aesthetics were awesome. Tram station right in front of the hotel, 2 minutes walk to commercial center . Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Would definitely send a friend there.

Although very good, the price of the breakfast is a little bit high (20 EUR/ pers.). I believe that a lower price would definitely make more guests to have breakfast at the hotel.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the bath robes and comfortable slippers provided. The staff was very helpful when we had an issue, and gave good reccomendations on how to travel around Milan.

The temperature control was slightly confusing, the room was too hot and we couldn't work out how to lower the temperature. It wasn'[t very straightforward to understand, and we would've asked staff for help however we arrived at the room at 1 am so didn't have the energy to.

Location was very convinient. There is a tram stop just in the front of the hotel. 30 min - and you are at Duomo square. 6. Several restaurants around. No need to go to another district. The hotel restaurant for the dinner is also nice.

1. The main issue is noise from the street. We were located on the 1st floor with the windows which face on the main street. It was impossible to sleep first night. Very busy and noisy cars and humans traffic. Had to use earplugs and to change the room. 2. Stranard rooms are very small. 3. Seem to a be a bit overpriced.

Excellent bedroom and bathroom, with a kettle, coffee/tea and a big TV. The infrastructure is new and very clean, absolutely comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. Snacks are provided by the end of the day (apple, chips, tea, coffee, water, sweets). A big (and ultra recommended) supermarket is located 2 blocks away.

It is quite far from the city center. But if you don't mind commuting circa 20-30minutes...public transportation is right in front of the hotel.

The room was great, and, in the steaming hotness of summer, always very cool. Baggage bench was spacious and comfortable, the room was lit with multiple lighting spots, mirrors everywhere, including night light (the magnifying mirror in the bathroom came with the lighting), a can of still and sparkling water in the minibar (for free). It's always great to have paper tissues in the room. The water pressure was good, even on the fifth floor. we asked for a second blanket, and it was very wide, almost a family size. A very big supermarket not so far from hotel.

Limited choice at the breakfast buffet: no fish, no oat milk (only soy and low fat), pancakes were cold, the kitchen ran out of scrambled eggs and clean glasses for drinks when we arrived (not too late, before nine).

Such an amazing few days stay at this spotlessly clean hotel. Our room was adequate in size with, in my opinion, an extremely comfortable bed, in fact, the best nights sleep my partner and I have had in years. The bathroom, again adequate in size with a large shower, robe and towels, and of course the complementary shower gels etc. Hotel Morfeo is served by a network of public transport, with the bus stop almost directly outside the hotel, roughly 30 minutes from the duomo, unfortunately no metro, the closest around a 20 minute walk. The staff are very friendly and alway happy to help 24/7. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel and we most definitely will be staying there again.

What didn't I like??? 🤔🤔 The toilet roll holder was positioned inconveniently.
