Very clean and good facilities. Excellent location, right by number 1 and 14 tram stops which go straight into the city and past a couple metro stations - you can get anywhere very easily. Nice breakfast with plenty of food, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, friendly staff. Excellent value for money

Only issue was that at times we could hear people in the room next to us, their TV was quite loud and the walls are a bit thin. Other than that very good stay

At the cheaper end of the scale this small hotel has all the necessary facilities. I enjoyed having coffee and breakfast available at the hotel each morning. The location is a little out of the city centre. There is a supermarket / shopping area about 5 minutes walk from the hotel which I found very handy for supplies and a couple of quick meals. There is a tram stop at the back of the building which provides easy access to the metro and city centre.

The hotel was amazing!! It had amazing connections to the airport and city, and the staff were extremely helpful. I think it’s the best customer service I’ve ever received!! The room was also lovely and clean, and the bathroom was great as well! I have only good things to say about this hotel! The breakfast add-on was also well worth the price! It was a buffet style breakfast with everything you could want and was so cheap!

The staff was superkind, I had some good chat with Vincenzo :) I didn't ask for breakfast, but had some drinks and coffee at the bar, which was 24/7. The room was clean, met my expectations. The tram is very close. Yes there are stairs and mosquitoes and other stuff, but you know these when you come to Italy :) I am satisfied with my experience at Hotel Bel Sit!

The staff of the hotel was super kind and helpful. They even had the patience to let us practice our Italian when checking in and out! They treated us to a coffee the morning of our checkout, and they were eager to help us solve all our doubts regarding public transport.

The hotel is a bit more than half an hour away from the city center. Still, I find this worth it, given the price we paid and the attention that we got.

Breakfast is available though it is charged separately. The tram station is less than 100metres from the Hotel Bel Sit meaning you can easily move around Milan to sightsee with no problem at all vis-a-vis transportation.

It's a bit far from Central Milan and so I had to factor in tram and train fares to and from the hotel to places of tourist attraction.

Great place to stay not just for one night but for longer. The staff are polite and courteous. We had croissants and coffee and water for breakfast. We only spent one night here but it was exactly how we imagined Italy to be. And the balcony is something special. The value for money is ok.You will not regret staying here.

The room was fine we only needed a bed and a shower, we were travelling by car and it was so tiring, but we had a very good reception, and a clean room and comfortable place, only the bed we had problem with it, because of the mattress it was two mattresses for one double bed, witch was a bit uncomfortable for me and my partner we couldn’t sleep embraced, hugged, how we use to do normally, the breakfast was absolutely alright for us, we had everything we needed, so nothing to complaint about. Family owned hotel, staff was super nice and they had a big balcony with a small bar to sit down and relax in the evening. Of all similar priced hotels/apartments, this one was the best during our trip in Italy

It is true that beds are a bit harder than usual. Also, there was a occasiobal noise from outside from passing trams and buses, they are pretty loud in Milan

It's the best hotel I ever found in Milan, at this price level - 39€/night at the time of my stay. In the (old) rooms there is everything you need, and it's clean enough. Reception is open h24, making everything easier. Any kind of shop and food is available nearby there, as well as free parking along the roads. I'll choose it again in the future, for sure.

Well, it's just a cheap hotel with good value for money. Main issue is noise: if your room faces Viale Certosa, the tram passes few meters from you, waking you up all the time. Even ear plugs are not enough for that. Moreover, acoustic insulation among rooms is basically inexisting: in case no tram passes for some time, it will be people arriving in the room next to yours waking you up. Despite air conditioning is not included in the standard price (??), rooms are equipped with an excellent fan: at the time of my stay, it was more than enough. WiFi is almost inexisting (50kbps as top speed), TV not to be consiedered - it's obsolete and as big as a tablet.
