The staff were very nice, helpful and accomodating, the common areas were fun to hang out in, I met warm and friendly people, I wish I could have stayed more. There is a cool vibe in this hostel. You can cook food in the kitchen if you want to, there is free food, I loved the kitchen's design. I also liked that the hostel was close to Milan Central station, it wasn't difficult for me to find it after arriving in the bus from the airport. It was also easy for me to visit Como and comeback since the train station is close. Metro station is adjacent to the train station, to visit Duomo take the yellow line to San Donato.

The size of the room was enough for 2 people. Kitchen facilities are very useful. The staff at the reception are friendly. A fun hotel for young people

We went to the bar at the entrance and asked for coffee for a welcome drink. The blonde staff at the bar said the coffee machine was broken. He forced us to give another drink. When we try to learn other options he behaved rude.

Clean and comfortable place. I've never stayed in a hostel before but the staff and other guests were all very friendly. I had the breakfast on one of the days which I believe was €5 and was basic buffet style and nice enough for the price. It seemed a bit of a party hostel but you couldn't hear any of the noise from downstairs in the rooms. Overall was a great trip and I enjoyed myself a lot. It is also right by the central station which is very handy for getting back to the airport, especially if you're on an early return flight like I was

As a woman predominantly wandering around by herself, I found the general area around the hostel a bit intimidating in the dark. Several times I was accosted by random men who hung out around the station area and wouldn't leave me alone. They kept trying to follow me back to the hostel, though they did immediately back off and leave when I took out my phone (I think they thought I was going to call the police). This isn't a problem with the hostel specifically, but just a warning to have your wits about you in the area in the evenings!

Location was great, the kitchen was great, nice goodies in the kitchen, the events were fantastic.

Very little signs of mold on the ceiling. On rare occasions staff were dismissive and not very welcoming.

The hostel has a good location, only a few minutes away from the central station. The hostel's facitities are very good, they offer clean towels and the room is very proper. The staff was also very nice and friendly.

Unfortunately, this time around my stay was not that confortable. One of the guests in the room let his alarm clock buzz startle me awake at 2:30am. He, on the other hand, did not wake up. He was apparently drunk (or at least very tired to say the least), because he was sleeping fully clothed and with his shoes on. I get that this is not the hostel's fault, but unfortunately, even with the best of the facilities, if the guests of a shared room don't behave properly, it is quite hard to sleep well.

Great location next to the central station, with great social areas including a rooftop terrace.

The price for a single room was the same as many hotels in the city, however mine had a terrace with a hammock and was better than I thought.

Beautiful hostel building design and full equipments such as laundry and kitchen to meet all what travelers' needs. Comfy room with just enough accommodation space. Have different free Bar events for hostel guests every night. Bed sheets included in the room rate, but towel costs €2.90 extra if you need. No shower gel, shampoo or conditioner is provided. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also the location is unbeatable, it’s super close to the main train station. I felt safe the whole night time though. They had free coffee and tea the whole time and also a looooot of free food on the well equipped kitchen. You have veggies, pasta, fruits, couscous and much more. That’s very cool. Also the rooftop terrace is stunning. The beds are good

The showers are a bit outdated but they fully function Keep in mind that there is a construction side in front of the building so it can get loud, but you get ear buds at the reception if you ask for them

Location, Staff was very helpful, they went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable, letting me keep my bags in store room before check in, making the room available for early check in as I was exhausted, lots of things happened that where great which words cannot do justification to, in one sentence they just made me feel like home.

A little over priced at this time of the year, lots of noise in the room due to construction just opposite the road, disturbance at night due to people talking very loudly on ground floor just outside entrance as my room was on 1st floor, one specific staff I can't remember his name made me feel very uncomfortable during my stay as if he was keeping an eye on me like a spy, I wouldn't say racist but yes couple of things he did that made me feel that he always looked at me with suspetion coze I was brown skin and was being more favorable to others that is why I specifically mentioned this for the management to take care and train the staff that people from all around the world have a right to stay at your hostel no matter what colour as long as they can afford it.

The staff was very helpful and changed the bunk for me immediately -- luckily I was able to get a bottom bunk. The common spaces were amazing and the kitchen on the 6th floor was great. In addition to the basics there were free vegetables and pasta if I had known I might have cooked more for myself. It is practically in the train station -- that's how close it is. Very convenient.

The kitchen was really well stocked but unfortunately, there wasn't enough refrigerator space for me to put few items in for the night. All 3 small refrigerators were too full -- not sure what the food storage policy is but something to allow space for all (?)
