The spacious room was a highlight. Easy to move around within the building with luggage. Basic and comfortable.

Multiple times the power went out while we were staying there. The system seemed very sensitive to being tripped and some of the outlets appeared fault. Sometimes this was just our room but sometimes the full building. It was restored very quickly.

To be honest, when I first chose this hotel, I had some mixed feelings as the reviews weren’t the best. However, what appealed to me was that the hotel had its own parking, and it was located close to a metro station, making it easy to reach both the city centre and other parts of the city. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The free parking for hotel guests is a huge plus. The metro and shops were indeed very close by. Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As for the hotel itself, there was really nothing to complain about. However, I do have an opinion regarding some of the other hotel guests. It would have been really nice if the hotel guests respected each other and followed the hotel rules, particularly those concerning night-time quiet hours. I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning noise, but honestly, this is not the fault of the hotel or its staff – it’s simply a matter of some people not knowing how to behave. Unfortunately, during our stay, we experienced such a situation, but I can’t blame the hotel or its staff for it. It was those guests who, at 2 am, were singing, shouting, and laughing loudly as they returned to their room, disturbing those who were trying to sleep.

There was a separate bathroom, bedroom and a big living room with kitchen. There is softness in the living room. The rooms were all big and spacious. The staffs at front desk were really nice and friendly. They are 24hr available. When I booked the hotel it will be just a room with double beds with bathroom but when when we get there it’s all separate rooms. It was all clean and there is also a heater in both living and bedroom. There is also a lift. After checking out we left our suitcase in their office. The Chinatown in Milano is like 10-15 min walking from the hotel. Metro station and trump is like 5 min away from the hotel. Me and my friend had a really good time and was happy with this hotel. We always come to Milano once a year for shopping and like to go to Chinatown for yummy food. This hotel is perfect for me and will comeback this hotel of if I have to come to Milan in future.

Excellent hotel for a stop in Milan for 1-3 days. We were greeted well at the reception, registration took a couple of minutes. There is free parking on the hotel grounds. Quite a good area within walking distance of several cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and a tram/metro stop are 5 minutes walk away. The center of Milan and the gallery are 20 minutes by tram or metro, we went by tram because there were no transfers. A 3-day ticket for all Milan transport cost 15 euros per person. The apartments were clean, a studio kitchen and a bedroom, it was warm in the apartments. Overall, an excellent option for this money. I recommend

As expected, we couldn’t check in at 04.00. However, the staff was very friendly and made sure that our room would be one of the first to be cleaned. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay! The room was big, clean, and facilitated with an airconditioner which was great when it was warm day! The hotel is located near the tram, metro, and Aldi supermarket. It is a bit far from the centre if you want to walk, but it’s only 10-20 minutes to the centre depending on where you’re going.

The hotel is near a train station, so you will hear trains passing by. However, we did not find that annoying or a negative influence on our stay!

HUGE spacious room, modern shower room with a good shower and plenty of towels, complimentary soap/shampoo, large comfy bed (checked the mattress for bed bugs due to the other reviews and there were none to be seen and mattress looked quite new). Staff were very friendly and lobby is very smart. No noise complaints and very close to the trains that get you to the center very fast. Car park with lots of spaces, very handy.

Some of the towels had marks on them, looked like rust, seemed and smelled clean though. Shower area could do with a deeper clean, some build up on the floor tiles.

The rooms were ready exactly when they said they would be but they let us leave our luggage at the reception a lot earlier. The rooms were clean and neat, there is air conditioning in the bedroom. They also have a mini fridge and they left us some plates and cutlery. The staff were friendly. The location is alright. It is quite far from the centre although it is a walkable distance still (and you can get to the metro or tram station in 7 minutes anyway). There are a lot of parks cafes and stores even bars around so you do not really miss anything.

Not everyone speaks english. There is no air conditioning in the living room where the couch is.

The location was very good, right next to the train station (30 minutes walk to the main train station in Milan), 30 minutes walk to the center of Milan, a supermarkt (open on weekdays, Saturday and Sunday) just 5 minutes away), the metro station was apporximately 5-10 minutes away, where you could get into town or other attractions. The room was just right, clean, a big window ( the train station just in fron of it) did not disturb, the beds were clean and comfortable, the cupboards were clean. Additonally, there was another sofa and desk with a chair, in case, you did not want to sit on the bed anymore. All in all it was like a small appartment.

Unfortunately, there was no minifridge (minibar), which was listed in booking.com, which would be nice to keep the drinks cool and no kettle to boil some hot water. The other utensiles like plates, cups, knives, spoons were there.

The place was very good and close 5 mins walking to the nearest metro. The 2 girls at the reception were very very welcoming unlike other places we'be been to! They went above and beyond and helped us so much with the italian language when our car had a flat tire and we had to speak to the rental company they spoke for us! I would highly recommend specifically that the price we book at was really good for milan. The size of the room was quite big to any other hotel we've been to in our Italy tour. The only downpart and which was only for 2 nights was the bed.... the minimum they could do is have a descend bed to sleep in not half broken. Other than that I would highly recommend!
