The staff - very thoughtful and helpful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean.

Excellent location, cool and modern interior design, nice cleanliness and outstanding customer experience. We left our luggages to be sent to our final destination, but the delivery company failed to pick them up. Sara was extra helpful in sending them, she went extra mile to assist us. The customer service continued even after we left the hotel.

The location is central, particularly if you have not previously been to Milano. My room was large and quite comfortable with a big bathroom with a separated shower and bathtub. Lots of nice sundries provided with comfy robe and lots of towels. The bed was comfortable, great pillows, nice linens. Ample place for wardrobe, hangers/drawers. Nice small seating area. Good lighting for reading. The common area of the hotel is busy but you can have a good cocktail which is nice in the evening while catching up on emails. Great WiFi through out the hotel. Breakfast is fine---you'll get a good start to your day. It's a bit impersonal in atmosphere but that's sort of in keeping with the general attitude of the city. No one will really give a flip about you in Milan. Just their affect. I think in general, this hotel really tries to provide all the comforts in such a bussling urban atmosphere. The interior is very modern so don't look for an epoch or sumptuous interior.

The location of my room was at the front of the hotel, facing the street on the first floor. I booked my room ages ago so I think I could have been given a room higher up. I say this because EVERY morning between 5 and 6 AM, the glass garbage was collected, meaning I was startled awake by the cacophony of crashing glass EACH morning. One morning, the street became this vast dumping area for the garbage from the vicinity with a crew of workers working hard and loudly, just doing their job. When you exit the hotel the area iis left compeley clean. One wouldn't know any of this happened unless you are unlucky enough to be placed directly over all of the activity. THAT was straight up BAD.

There was a construction of the building nearby the hotel which caused very loud and very noisy in the early morning making me wake up.

The room was very clean and the amenities provided were top notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Central location and great vicinity to the galleria, the duomo and the shopping district by.

There were two things that affected this rating: 1. We were given a room on the 6th floor with no direct windows to the outside (the were at eye level) and so the room lacked natural light, which can get a little claustrophobic. 2. Even though the location is very central and convenient, it was a little too packed all the time. As soon as you step out of the hotel, there are way too many crowds. Again, not the hotel’s fault, but if crowds aren’t for you, I would reconsider.

It's the perfect spot in walking distance to discover not only the duomo area but all the other parts of Milan, too. • The quietness of the standard room (210 on the second floor) was incredible. Spacious impeccable clean room with a very comfy king bed and a huge shower. • The staff at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. • If you are looking for a peaceful, well designed and friendly home in the center where you can relax after a long day this is your hotel.

If anything at all then: • 215 Euros/night without breakfast as a special offer feels a bit exaggerated. • Not the brightest daylight in the room on 2nd floor.

the location is amazing, right next to the Duomo plaza and Galeria Vittorio Emanuele. It is a very busy and touristy area, always crowded with people but for us this is not an issue. Also, right next to a metro station. The bed is very confortable, the room has nice blackout curtains and it has all the amenities/toiletries you need. Everything was clean, the bathrooms are big enough with a good shower. The breakfast goes until noon and they also have paper cups if you want to take away with you that last capuccino.

2 things: 1- Well, although the breakfast goes until noon, if you go down to the restaurant around 10h30- 11h, there are things in the buffet that are not remplenished anymore and all you see are left-overs or totally empty trays. Maybe if you want those things you could ask, but thats not how a buffet of a full hotel should work. (if it was 20 minutes before closing time it would be understandable). 2- the rooms facing the back of the building can be very noisy around 1am and then again early in the morning around 7am because it faces the back of other buildings as well and it is a load/unload area... So you can imagine the noises: people piling up crates, pushing carts, etc. (that happened for 2 days of the 4 we stayed there).
