Easy assess and near the shopping and food area. Located in a good location that feel safe if you are a solo traveler. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.

It was close to everything and right in the center of the city. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was also very helpful.

The elevator was super tiny and we felt like we needed to use the stairs more but there were so many stairs. That was it. Everything else was wonderful

Location location location. Feet away from Duomo di Milano, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, La Scala, Rinascente, Quadrilatero della Moda (or Quad d’Oro) and amazing stores for teenagers and students. No food choice is a bad choice in this area. Feet away from a 24x7 pharmacy that sells everything you forgot or need. Clean and lovely little pool. Big towels at pool or if not available, the front desk sends someone up right away. Impressive breakfast. Rooms are small but not so small you can't move around and put down big pieces of luggage. Rooms are gorgeous with dark woods and ornate design. We had adjoining rooms that had actually had a door in between rooms. Water bottles in the room are a nice touch. Front Desk know Milan SO well that they knew obscure grassy patches for our dogs. They also gave great recommendations for food. (Try Charleston. No reservation needed and very casual (right by the Apple store...which you can't miss bc of the huge waterfall that is part of the store).

The pool was too small for anything but a quick dip. The pool depth is about 1.5 feet I think. But it was clean and beautifully designed. I chose this hotel because their booking.com profile included parking (which was one of my filters). If parking is important to you, with this property -- you either park yourself in a garage they recommend that is not on property, or you pay 50+ Euros for the valet. Also, the Italian government requires you to purchase 5 Euro vehicle "stamp"/"ticket" (I don't know what they call it) for any car that uses gasoline (including hybrid). If you are like us, and you just trekked in from Malpensa Airport, the last thing you want to do is hit the newsstand.

Very nice location, great hotel and staff. Nothing to complain about. We appreciated very much that they gave us the room at 11:30 when we arrived, though the check in is at 14. It was very helpful after few hours travel, and with a tired child. Just a small remark, maybe a "nice to have" in the future: we would have preferred an option to make some heat in the room. It was a little bit cold for us, especially in the first two days when the weather outside was also a little bit cold. But that was not a tragedy :). Overall we had a great stay.

The location of this hotel couldn't have been better -- just a very short walk in each direction to the Duomo and La Scala, right near the Galleria. The room was large, clean, and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't much place for clothing in the closet. The safe and refrigerator took up most of the space. The breakfasts were mediocre -- the cut fruit was surprisingly tasteless, the baked goods (with a few exceptions) were just OK, there was only one very ordinary cheese available, etc.

The location is perfect The staff were really nice The room and bathroom were very neat and spotless and extremely comfortable The restaurant had great food The spa facilities were really good I had two massages during my stay and the one I didn’t like, they were so nice not to charge me for it and even not to charge me for the mini bar. The second one was a perfect treatment Services are really excellent and I would highly recommend the place

Maybe it was a little bit expensive especially because my son wasn’t able to come with me since he got sick but still I ended up paying for a double Room as opposed to single room but they explained it is because I booked through booking.com which I understand

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect - an easy walk to and from the train station, shopping, and the Duomo. Good sized room compared to the places we stayed in Florence and Rome (this was also the most expensive). We didn't bring swimming suits, but enjoyed relaxing with a book at the rooftop pool. Staff was very helpful in giving us advice for how early to be at the airport for an early flight and called a taxi for us.

The ac wasn’t on so i had to open the window but the noise outside was so high. The WiFi didn’t connect in my iPhone and the internet coverage inside the hotel wasn’t good at all.

Always staying in this hotel in Milano. Best placement. Clean comfortable room helpful people. Good coffee and pastry for breakfast. We ve got the connected rooms that is very comfortable for a family.

Will be nice to get a cuttle or coffee machine in the rooms . There is no balsam for hairs in the bathroom. But this small details that could not spoil the pleasure from staying in this hotel

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast and very good service there, very good wifi, well furbished bathroom but missing extra piece of stainless steel to hold while getting in and out especially for the safety of the elderly.

lighting in the room should be more, the bathroom is good lighting. The do not disturb paper is lousy, should be more solid and stays on the door knob without keeping caught in the door itself or falling on the ground.
