Design and location!

Not the best fit if you travel with a lot of luggage, no bell boy and not posible to park in front of the enternece (it’s located on pedestrian only street).

perfect location and room was very delightful and clean. staff are very friendly and helpful most specially Alexandra who served us breakfast at the rooftop garden. could not ask for more.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff cannot do enough for you. They booked excursions, taxis, restaurant reservations and do it always with a smile. They are all very lovely.

The rooftop area was a bit disappointing because if you wanted a drink you would have to call on the front desk for assistance. They did not have someone up there all the time which is understandable for a small boutique hotel. Also, when booking a double room, I would suspect that it is for two people. My son had a friend stay a few nights and it was an additional charge of 20 euros. Seems to me that when you are paying almost $500 per night that it should include 2 people.

From the moment I arrived at The Street Hotel Milano, I was struck by the ease of communication. The hotel offers the unique service of being able to contact them via WhatsApp at any time, a convenience I greatly appreciated, especially for simple queries like locating a nearby supermarket. The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Their friendliness and dedication to service are unparalleled. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, making me feel genuinely cared for. The hotel's cleanliness and modernity are noteworthy. The rooms and facilities are impeccably maintained, reflecting a high standard of quality. Moreover, the central location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city. A standout feature is the breakfast service. Options like a healthy smoothie and a wide range of choices were impressive. The flexibility to have breakfast delivered to your room or enjoyed on the rooftop added a touch of luxury to the start of each day. The smooth check-in process was a precursor to the overall excellent service. The 24/7 reception and the thoughtful room and facility tour upon arrival were highly appreciated. It's rare to find such attention to detail and personalized care in a 4-star hotel. But what truly sets The Street Hotel Milano apart is its staff. Every individual I encountered was incredibly friendly and took the time to assist with everything from room needs to advice on the best places to visit in the city. Their willingness to go the extra mile, offering services like WhatsApp communication, in-room breakfast, and personal assistance whenever needed, truly makes a difference. In my extensive travels and experience with numerous hotels, The Street Hotel Milano stands out for its positive attributes. The combination of modern amenities, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice.

The staff of the hotel is exceptional. They will go out of their way to help and assist you to ensure you have a perfect stay. The hotel is at a the center of Milano 1 min walking distance from the main Duomo square and is located perfectly if you are on vacation. The building is newly renovated, looks very modern inside and is very clean. The breakfast is outstanding with fresh, high quality ingredients. They will even take into account any intolerances and adjust accordingly. If the price is right for you, I don't see any reason staying elsewhere.

I highly recommend The Street Milano Duomo hotel. This beautiful boutique hotel is located at the centrum of Milan in a paved pedestrian little street-alley literally a minute walk from the Duomo. Despite the ultra central location the building in which the hotel is located is cozy and tranquil and quite isolated from the hustle and bustle of city center. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, sparkling clean and quite comfy. Breakfast was delicious, generous and freshly prepared according to a detailed and personal order. Our breakfast wasn’t included in the room price but it was charged fairly by the hotel for the mornings we ordered it (some mornings we preferred taking our breakfast outside of the hotel). Above all the excellent virtues of this hotel their hospitality standards are outstanding. The staff is super attentive and helpful and the personal treatment starts way before the actual visit as they communicate via WhatsApp right after booking to inquire if you might need any assistance with booking tickets, reserving dinner tables etc. This excellent level of service has continued throughout the whole visit and even afterwards.

Everything was perfect, but if I have to mention only one thing, I would say that the Customer service was outstanding. Both Elisa and Aurora were so helpful and understanding I cannot dream for more. They deserve a pay rise. The Hotel is super close to the Duomo (1 minute walk). The area is the best one in Milano. Rooms are spacious and have everything you might need. Although I haven't paid for breakfast, they offered me one for free, because it was my first stay in the hotel. I found a small present on my bed and a handwritten postcard wishing me a nice stay. In the morning Amira helped me book a walk to the rooftop of the Duomo. I realise it's quite pricey, but if you book in advance, the price is very reasonable for what you get.

The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us to book the tour and our car rental. The location is fantastic which is right in the heart of the city. I think if you have little time to explore Milan, this hotel is an ideal option.

This is not a purposely built hotel so there is some inconvenience such as you have to walk outside before you get into your room. The lift is small and if you are looking for a grand lobby or something like that then this is not the hotel for you. We also booked our car rental with specific times but the supplier ended charging us for one more day before we returned at exactly time we booked for (two hours more than we should). I also think it would be good to provide some running/jogging routes for guests.

Extremely warm and welcoming front of house staff. Marco and Elisa - are gracious, very helpful, multi lingual and really take care of their guests. Room very quiet, spacious and tastefully decorated. Very central location and yet incredibly peaceful inside the hotel.

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel, which was close to perfect. The transfer taxi company used by the hotel, which is a separate business altogether, is another story. The taxi company over charged us on the way from the airport to the hotel, claiming they had to wait for more than an hour for us, which was simply not true. The hotel is aware of the problem with the taxi company and are trying to resolve matters.
