Excellent customer service from all members of staff: reception, housekeeping, hospitality/kitchen, even when there was a language barrier. Receptionists were extremely helpful and responsive, anticipating some possible questions and offering options. Very clean and comfortable rooms with sky TV, water boiler and small desk/workstation. Strong, reliable Wifi throughout the hotel. Really quiet with good beds which made for a great rest. Breakfast offerings were above and beyond expectations for this class of hotel. Location well connected if you have a car, or the public transport (warning: bus schedule unreliable, which was also confirmed by locals during weekdays) which is well maintained and very low cost. Bus stops and a cute, small village center with a church and a few shops and bars a few minutes' walk from hotel.

Beware, one previous review states falsley that the hotel is located a short walking distance to the airport...it is actually much farther than that! Sadly I could not verify this prior to reserving so it ended up being a 40€ unplanned transfer arranged through the hotel, after a flight delay caused a very late check-in.. However the driver was punctual and very accommodating, like all the other hotel staff.

We were travelling with children and therefore the option to have connecting rooms was perfect for us. The covered spacious private parking is a big bonus. Also the location of the hotel in case you fly from Bergamo airport is excellent. Overall it is a good value for money.

The breakfast could be better (the scrambled eggs are not tasty, there is no omelette/boiled eggs and no fruits). Also the cold milk you can get only from the coffee machine and it doesn't taste good. This is not a big deal, but it would be great if the hotel does something to improve the breakfast. Otherwise the hotel is good, we will definitely come again.

The hotel was fairly good value at the price we paid and the, as it turned out, free parking just next to the hotel entrance was practical. Breakfast was fine, with real eggs used for the scrambled eggs (though no bacon available). The presence of a pool table in good condition in the reception area is another plus for those interested. The location is not really in practice reachable without a car, but if one has one, the distance to the Bergamo airport is not long, for a first or a last night's stay after arrival or before departure. The receptionists were friendly. The mattress in the room first felt very hard but then I got used to it and slept very well.

The room key card with a chip was a little bit difficult to operate. Otheriwse, everything was fine, though nothing extraordinarily good.

Quiet area, not too far from train station and from Bergamo itself (we actually walked there as part of a hike from the old high town). Excellent breakfast buffet.

The room, the bed and the bath were very clean, the wi-fi was good, it was quiet although its located near a street. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, they ordered us a taxi to go to the airport in the morning and even offered to give us breakfast packs in case we don't have time to serve it at the hotel. Luckily, we had breakfast at the hotel (they start serving it at 6:30!) and it was very good and exceptionally varied!

The hotel is very close to the airport, no more than 5 minutes on foot. Good room, excellent bathroom, good bed. Satisfying breakfast, quite varied. Special thanks to a desk clerk ETNA who helped me print flight tickets.

If a room faces the side of a busy road then you hear constant noise especially if a window is open. During breakfast, trays are not filled with the food that has run out, so if you come a little late there is nothing to eat.

The hotel rooms were nice. 5 minute walk to bus stop. Breakfast good

Limited takeaways near hotel. Last bus near the hotel is around 8pm after that it drops u 20mins away. Didnt get connected rooms was situated on separate floors. Could hoover the perimeter of the room as u can see the dust bed around the room

Breakfast was excellent. The girl on reception could not have been more accomdating polite and nice. We were not staying for breakfast on the final morning as we were due to go back to the airport. She had a full packed breakfast arranged for our family of 4 before leaving. She wasn't prompted to. Exceptionally nice 👌. I would stay again.

Its a little far from Bergamo Town.

Nice and cozy room. Not sparkly clean but decent. The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. They have a heated pool as well. Location is great, we were able to go Milan, Como and Bergamo center easily

There is no duvet cover, the duvet itself was wrapped into a big sheet and always slipped out of it.

We had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Room was great with no noise and relaxing beds. The breakfast was super including everything, all kind of coffees, fresh bakery, cakes and croissants. The personnel was very polite and helpful and provided us with every info needed. And parking was free in the upper floor.

Everything was fantastic with no negative points.
