The accommodation itself was excellent. The entire place was spotlesssly clean, including my room (which was also cleaned every morning once I left for the day's excursion). The bed was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept on. The location was superb, and I felt extremely safe staying there as you need to submit a code before entering the main establishment and then another code to get into Skyhouse Duomo. The owner was there every morning offering to make coffee alongside the breakfast spread which I thought was a nice touch!

The only thing that I feel could be slightly improved is the breakfast. Don't get me wrong, the breakfast was fine and enjoyable. A basic selection of bread, butter, spreads, cheese slices and meat, yoghurt and mini cupcakes, cookies (fresh and packaged) and a type of Italian sponge cake. The breakfast was the same every day so some variety would have been nice (perhaps fresh croissants on one of the mornings), and again it was very basic but atleast there was a selection but this is minor and more of a personal preference but I thought I would include it for improvement purposes of the accommodation should they choose to take it on board :) Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very modern and our room was nice and big. Cleaned every day also. Loved the old style lift up to the property.

My only 👎 would be the over head shower did not work properly so had to use hand held part which had no bar to rest it on at a height. Breakfast pictures showed fruit so was disappointed none was available and when I ask if any would be the answer was no. Cakes, toast, yogurts, cereal, ham & cheese were though so didn’t go hungry.

Overall the apartments were great and located in a perfect location nearby Naples underground point and the Spaccanapoli area. We could enjoy Naples on foot and not use the metro at all. The apartments were clean, with everything we needed, from the fridge, WI-FI, and air conditioner to the soup, shampoo, and towels. Furthermore, the apartments had a beautiful mini balcony with a view of a tranquil and safer street. Breakfast was served from 8:00 AM with no options to get them earlier. However, the manager would always make a warm drink personally for you (which is excellent). In addition to that, the self-check-in opportunity was really convenient as our flight was delayed. Furthermore, the owner or the manager sincerely helped us 3 hours before our arrival and found us a proactive driver from Naples airport to the apartments for a reasonable price. Thank you for that! No doubt we would really recommend you this place.

The mattresses were a bit too tough, especially the sofa's one.

Loved the location, perfectly close to the popular, busy streets but not in the middle of it all either. The space itself is lovely, we traveled with two kids (1 & 9) and we loved having two separate spaces with two beds. The front desk staff were great, they made us hot beverages - and the breakfast was adequate, continental fare. The building may be old but wonderfully renovated inside.

This is such a small thing, but the bathroom is surrounded by glass and the door didn't close all the way. Would be better if the glass was fully frosted so you can't see the person inside, for more privacy.

The property was very secure and we feel safe, with a passcode to enter the building at anytime. The room was spacious, clean with very good lighting. The bed was big and very comfortable.

The bathroom with the glassdoor might not be convient for friends as you can see people having their shower from the bedroom. Also, there was no proper water drain in the shower, hence causing an overflow of water in the bathroom

The breakfast was typically italian with many cakes. The coffee was very good. The location is suberb near the cathedral an the national museum. I was easy to catch a taxi and the Metro at Piazza Cavour.

Very clean, very accommodating and responsive. Great sized room.

Location was ok but not great, no safe in the room, felt a bit odd as we didn’t have anyone there to provide real guidance. Bed was way too hard (we both like hard beds but this was harder than usual). Area a bit noisy and breakfast was not good, all packaged, nothing fresh (may have been due to Covid but other hotels we stayed at on the same trip didn’t have that issue).

we stayed just for overnight, so the experience was short. we really liked the fact that the owner left us clear instructions on how to get in by ourselves, since our flight ran late, and it was after check-in time. room was clean and well designed with a nice bathroom.

Good location, delicious breakfast, clean and quite room with good beds. The service was great very friendly support from the staff that helped us with recommendations of restaurants, places for shopping and many other questions about the city.

When I arrived there was nobody at reception and the door was closed, we need to call to the person, but he responded immediately with the door code.
