The location, the city, the ease of access to the historic centre from the B&B aswell as the Metro, and genny (genaro) was very good and communication was excellent and even let us check out late the next day as there was a little issue involving not being able to check in on time but this didn't bother us at all as we were happy seeing the sites in and around the B&B and therefore grateful for the late check out as we were so tiered next day 😊🙏

The Television, the elevator and the WiFi all were faulty and didn't work at all, shame really as I do appreciate a little TV at night and obviously WiFi to upload all the amazing photos we took of naples, and we struggled to make it up the stairs in the heat with all our luggage and small family, and the coffee machine was also broken but like I say this didn't stop us having an amazing time and was greatfull to have such an easy going and tranquill staff and communication which put us at ease the whole time regardless 😊🙏 grazie genny

Kind and helpful hosts in a recent very clean B&B. They treated us very well with delicate attention and gift, thanks Gennaro ! The largest one is with a balcony on street and the smallest one overlooks the courtyard which is better if you want to avoid noise of the street but not very bright. Well located in historical center and 6 min far from the subway.

Only large beds (twins beds are not available despite the options on booking) The smallest room is without balcony despite the description and overlooks the courtyard The B&B is located on the 2nd floor without access to the elevator and the breakfast (one hot drink and pastry) is served in the coffee shop in front of the building.

I didn't like like anything, very dirty, host never showed up,sent someone else instead and asked for extra money. No Internet connection whatsoever, nothing like the pictures, worst I've ever seen.
