Lovely hotel located right in the buzz of the city! The location was superb! 15 minute walk from Palermo central station and some of the main attractions are also within walking distance such as Quattro Canti, Fontana Pretoria, Palermo Cathedral and La Vucciria market. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! instructions to enter the building and floors were very clear and provided just before you stay. I liked that there was a bottle of water kept in the fridge and refilled daily definitely needed on hot summer days! Life saver! Lovely breakfast service, selection is simple but nice. Despite being in the heart of the city and next to many bars and restaurants it wasn’t loud and noisy.

One note is that my bed seemed to not have a mattress protector which crucial for maintaining cleanliness.

The room was small, but cozy and extremely quiet, which was greatly appreciated. The mattress was very comfortable, although the cleaners do not know how to properly make a bed - the sheets were loose, and I had to re-make it. The black-out shutters were great. Breakfast was good, and the barista was lovely!

The bathroom was unventilated, and the shower was grungy. Plus, there was no shelf or rack for shampoo/soap in the shower, which could easily be added. I also suggest a more comfortable mattress cover. Although the mattress was comfortable, the loose sheets and mattress cover reduced its comfort. The cleaners, neglect to water some of the plants on the terrace and they are about to die.

The nicest staff! So sweet and caring! We asked to have a bottle of Prosecco on the room when we arrived and they had it papered on ice when we came! We did not have breakfast included but one morning I wanted a cappuccino and they gave me one in the house. Beautiful room with a little balcony facing the street! Also a fresh and renovated bathroom!

The only thing we would have wished for was a small table and chairs by the balcony so we could sit there and enjoy a glass of wine and food.

This B&B is a real jewel. Location is excellent right in the center and restaurants close by. I was worried about the noise from the streets and the restaurants so I bought ear plugs at the pharmacy….not needed. Superb sound proof windows, once they are closed you hear nothing. The room was spacious and clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Giada was very friendly and the communication was excellent. Stairs a little tricky but they are available to help if needed. Highly recommend this place.

The location was great and the room was well appointed. Breakfast was nice- breads, eggs, fruit, juices, custom coffee.

Check-in instructions were emailed late, in my opinion, which resulted in missing the entry codes and the offer of a ride from the airport. The lack of help with suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was a bummer. Operated more like an Air B&B than a hotel bed and breakfast. I would have liked warmer bedding.

We stayed here last week for four nights. Even before we arrived, the hosts, especially Giada, could not have been more helpful, restaurant recommendations,  advice on how to get to there , etc. The place itself is brilliantly located, just off the main thoroughfare  of Vittorio Emanuelle. A spacious room, comfortable bed, large  bathroom, fantastic. Decor in the rooms is very quirky in a really pretty way, the breakfast room too, we loved all their attention to detail, very unique and individual. Breakfast was lovely,  boiled eggs, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, croissants, jam etc, all lovely quality. Romolo served excellent coffee, all to the sound of Andrea Bocelli,  perfect! Giada was exceptional in her advice, we felt really well looked after  sorting a taxi fir us to the airport and having an earlier breakfast as we had an early  flight. Grazie Mille to Boutique Vintage,  would definitely recommend  here as a great place to stay.

We arrived a day late and were met with great friendliness from the staff. We got instructions for self-check in as well as a welcome note with the WiFi password etc. The location is excellent, and the cleaning staff did a great job. We went to the beach one day, and we were kindly lent some beach towels for free.

We had issues with the air condition throughout our stay. The owner tried to fix it several times, but it never worked for more than 15 minutes before stopping. We also found a big spiderweb that could've been removed by the cleaning crew.

The B&B occupies a superb location in the old town. It has very helpful staff and provided a very good breakfast. It is the ideal place to stay to see the best of Palermo. It is comfortable and quiet. We will stay again in future trips to Palermo.

There was no view from our room but that was not important considering the B&B's brilliant location.

This B&B is located in the lively Kalsa neighborhood of Palermo, an easy walk to important historical sites, stores, restaurants and the harbor. We had a double room which was modern, very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and included a good-sized bathroom. This B&B is located at a couple of upper floors of the building (perhaps 3rd and 4th floors); it was peaceful and quiet at this B&B, even while there were restaurants and vibrant life not far away on the streets below. The breakfast room looked very inviting, although we had opted prior to our trip to search out various streetside cafes for our breakfasts instead.

Great room separation. Good working AC. The sofa bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Love the little outdoor patio area! The property was close to everything and the restaurants recommended by Giada were all excellent!

The tiles around the tub have a lot of mold. After shower, we can smell the moldiness in the bathroom for a very long time.
