We stayed here last week for four nights. Even before we arrived, the hosts, especially Giada, could not have been more helpful, restaurant recommendations,  advice on how to get to there , etc. The place itself is brilliantly located, just off the main thoroughfare  of Vittorio Emanuelle. A spacious room, comfortable bed, large  bathroom, fantastic. Decor in the rooms is very quirky in a really pretty way, the breakfast room too, we loved all their attention to detail, very unique and individual. Breakfast was lovely,  boiled eggs, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, croissants, jam etc, all lovely quality. Romolo served excellent coffee, all to the sound of Andrea Bocelli,  perfect! Giada was exceptional in her advice, we felt really well looked after  sorting a taxi fir us to the airport and having an earlier breakfast as we had an early  flight. Grazie Mille to Boutique Vintage,  would definitely recommend  here as a great place to stay.

We arrived a day late and were met with great friendliness from the staff. We got instructions for self-check in as well as a welcome note with the WiFi password etc. The location is excellent, and the cleaning staff did a great job. We went to the beach one day, and we were kindly lent some beach towels for free.

We had issues with the air condition throughout our stay. The owner tried to fix it several times, but it never worked for more than 15 minutes before stopping. We also found a big spiderweb that could've been removed by the cleaning crew.

This B&B is located in the lively Kalsa neighborhood of Palermo, an easy walk to important historical sites, stores, restaurants and the harbor. We had a double room which was modern, very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and included a good-sized bathroom. This B&B is located at a couple of upper floors of the building (perhaps 3rd and 4th floors); it was peaceful and quiet at this B&B, even while there were restaurants and vibrant life not far away on the streets below. The breakfast room looked very inviting, although we had opted prior to our trip to search out various streetside cafes for our breakfasts instead.

This is a fabulous hidden gem of a B&B. Firstly our arrival was made so easy through the airport pick up service arranged for us by the accommodation. We were arriving late in the evening so felt this was our best option and we were so right. The accommodation is positioned in the old town in a pedestrian area and would have been difficult for us to find on our own. Our driver walked us right to the door and waited until we had accessed the accommodation through the door code provided. Easy and stress free 😊 Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious. Our bathroom was luxurious, as big as the bedroom, with a Hugh shower, double sink and a stunning free standing bath! Everything was heavenly! The B&B provided breakfast each morning in a characterful dining room which was just lovely. Great selection of breakfast foods , fruits and juice and fabulous coffee. Here we got the chance to meet other guests and chat in a perfectly relaxed atmosphere. The B&B staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming. They were well informed about local attractions and were happy to recommend restaurants, markets etc. The accommodation is perfectly located for exploring beautiful Palermo. Even though the area is vibrant we enjoy quiet, peaceful nights sleep thanks to effective soundproofing. The Marina is a 5 minute walk and all the attractions of the old town are within a 10 minute walk through wonderfully characterful streets. Right on the doorstep and in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation are a selection of restaurants and bars attracting crowds of tourists and locals. There’s a great vibe and it’s a perfect spot for watching the world go by. It also felt very safe and staff in the restaurants and bars were always welcoming. Palermo old town is a perfect holiday destination. We found the restaurants to be exceptional and the choice of cuisine to be wide and varied. The food will not disappoint.

Nothing to dislike

Breakfast was great - typical European style. Loved the cappuccino. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Had to walk up stairs but that is expected in Euro cities but no big deal. Room was clean and location perfect for touring Palermo. Room was quiet and bathroom was a good size. Good shower:) Also love that we can connect through the Booking App. It made it so easy to let them know when we were arriving.

I liked everything. No complaints at all.

The room was spacious and quiet. The staff were great. The breakfast was simple, but for us, perfect - pastries, yogurt, fruit, some cereals, and excellent coffee. (It is NOT included in the price, so a bit different from most North American B&B's). The location is excellent for wandering around Palermo, a city we liked a LOT.

The room is was a bit run down, especially the bathroom, which had an annoying motion detecting light that you couldn't override, and the doors didn't close. The room was multilevel with steps into the bedroom, and more steps into the bathroom....a bit treacherous for moving about in the dark at night.

Loved the property - the staff were so helpful and friendly and helped with our luggage. We loved the breakfast in the morning - and that tea and coffee and snacks were available all day! The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

We were in a room located right next to the kitchen which got noisy in the mornings, however we were provided with ear plugs which were incredibly effective!

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful and the place itself was super cozy, clean, cute and comfortable. It's situated right in the old town and you can basically reach every important sight by foot or by bus. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, museums and shops nearby and it was only a stone throw away from the marina. Even though it was lively during both day and night the hotel itself was extremely quiet and you couldn't hear any noise from the streets. We booked the cheapest room yet it was really spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable. On top of that it even had a small balcony with a table and two chairs. The breakfast was super delicious, you can order fresh (and really good) coffee at the table and they provided gluten free bread, cereals and scones! We arrived after reception was already closed and the self check in was easy. They provide late check-out for only 35€ which was not only extremely cheap but also comes in really handy if your flight leaves late. Thanks so much to the hotel team who made sure we had a great stay and answered every question we had!

There was honestly nothing we didn't like! It was even way better than we expected!

Location had access to a lot of food establishments. It was charming and quiet. The breakfast was good with fresh baked goods. It was a good place to stay to start to the holiday.

The building often had a strange odor. Perhaps the plumbing…??? We weren’t in the rooms most of the day, so it was tolerable at night with the bathroom door closed. A/C unit was loud.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town near the marina and a park with extraordinary large Banyan trees. It's on a busy (but no cars) street with restaurants all 'round, quiet in the day and vibrant at night but not for too long. Really good breakfast at a reasonable price and a book exchange which was a nice touch. We were given entry codes to access the property which worked very well so we could let ourselves in and check-in in the morning.
