The location is perfect to enjoy all of Palermo's night and day life. It is very conveniently located as well for transports. The apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully decorated, and the information from the various booklets left at disposition is very useful to select what we want to have the time to take a look at or not. The room (retro) was adorable, equiped with AC, and felt very welcoming. It was amazing to come back every night to a room that felt that cozy ☺️ The host is very responsive and friendly, it really was a pleasure all along. It really participated to making this a pleasant experience. I would definitely book again, and hope to!

Excellent location a short walk from the train station and even shorter walk to city centre attractions. Well decorated interiors in communal areas. Super attentive host that was quick to deal with some minor issues on arrival. Great value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palermo.

The WiFi didn't seem to connect well in the room I was in (but did elsewhere in the property). Check-in process not the smoothest - mostly the fault of other guests, but could be made a little easier.

The location was really good considering the chaos around it, so we where able to rest, but also have easy access to the main parts of the city The place was really nice, tidy and had all thatl you would need The host was really nice and left us some amazing cookies Don't think you could get much better, at least not at this price and location

There is no lift, but this is a matter of old houses. Ground floor, but still carry suitcases up the high stairs. I did not have enough automatic coffee machine, but it was not a problem, there are many cafes around with delicious coffee.

The price, location, accessibility, quality, and overall stay were absolutely amazing and fair. The proximity to beach, main tourist spaces, restaurants, and cafes is very accessible and the owner is nice and accommodating.

Everything was very nice in accordance to the price of the location. No complaints and was happy the linens were provided.

Great location - close to everything yet on a quiet street and felt very safe. Large spacious room and clean communal areas. Self check in was smooth and we were sent clear instructions before arrival.

Small fridge in shared kitchen - would be nice if there was a fridge in the room.

Lovely period property. Very comfortable. Near station. Surrounded by restaurants. Enjoyable stay.

We prefer to meet someone who can explain the property but we worked it all out in the end.

Location and safety

quite complicated procedure to find into the apartment and my room by myself, the directions were detailed but not very structured, and missed clear namenlos my room etc

Very close to city centre, night life and marina. A lot of good restaurants and bars near by. Bus stop is close too. The apartment is in an old historic building, but it is renovated beautifully. The room was clean and the private bathroom was big and clean too. The host was easy to contact and the building is self check in .

The gate at the entry was very loud, i dreamed of rubbing it with oil as it squealed in the middle of the night every time someone came or left the apartment, since this has other 3 rooms, it woke me up a few times. The building-was very quiet but that damn gate kept squealing. The fridge cam be a big bigger, maybe add a second small fridge as we all wanted cold water or some cold beers when we came back to the house after the 38 degrees weather outside. The air conditioning was pretty old and busted but slowly it did his job, the remote needs a good squeeze as the contact was not working well anymore. So, in conclusion, buy OIL for the gate !! 🥴
