Fantastic newly renovated loft room with bright ensuite shower room. Lots of complimentary drinks and snacks although breakfast not included. Coffee machine, kettle and fridge in the room. The owner answered our queries by WhatsApp and very reactive.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Must mention though that it’s not for people who have a problem with stairs. The spiral staircase to get to the loft room could be difficult for some. The road behind is extremely noisy BUT with the excellent insulation ( double glazing and shutters) we had no problem sleeping.

Great location and close to the historic center. Grazia responded quickly to every need. Once we became familiar with the location, we found all the markets and sights close by. The apartment is super clean, modern, appears to be recently remodeled and comfortable.

Roberto went out of his way to make me comfortable despite our language barrier. The room was modern and clean and bed very comfortable. Was a perfect leisurely walk to Capella Palatina and all the beautiful parts of the historical centre. Street food places and fine dining everywhere. Palermo was really alive every night and I loved being at the centre of that. Also the power point had a USB port, which is a tiny but essential thing for an overseas traveller. Made my stay so easy!

Not a complaint, but if you want quiet in the evenings, this may not be your first choice.

The location was excellent, in the historical center. It was quiet during the night, even with all the night life nearby. The room was well appointed with breakfast for us, all the toiletries we needed, and wifi was easy and fast. The lighting was very pleasant at all hours of the day. The room was very stylish, and we felt good being in it.

The motion sensor on the lights near the door would turn on if we shifted in bed.

It was incredibly clean, the host was extremely kind and helpful and also helped us out with reservations at some great restaurants. The place was also in a very fun neighbourhood and recently renovated, which made our stay very comfortable.

Nothing, absolutely everything was fab!

I had trouble with the spiral stairs but younger people should have no trouble at all. It was a fantastic apartment and really lovely.

I highly recommend these apartments! Everything was at the highest level! New modern renovation, everything is clean and arranged for our convenience and pleasant stay! The owners of the apartments are very polite and kind, they were pleasantly surprised by the service and willingness to help and tell us what to do for our vacation!

Fantastic central location. Modern, clean and comfortable interior whilst maintaining an authentic ‘old town’ exterior next to a traditional square with cocktail bars and restaurants nearby.

The location was great and so close to many restaurants within walking distance.

There seem to be a lot of singing late at night which didn’t bother us too much.

excellent location. all facilities needed with on the room. nice modern decor.

only down side was the cleaner came every 4 days to the room. bins etc could have been emptied sooner. but not really a problem overall.
