Location was very good. Farhana at reception was really friendly and helpful. Nice view from the balcony.

The shower was extremely small. I am slim, and still found it difficult to shower in. Could do with an extra sink as we were three people. And space wise, the second room was quite small. Would be good if the hotel offered us an iron.

This the second time we have stayed and will return when we come back to Parlemo which I am sure we will. the hotel is located in a lively part of town with everything you need close to the hotel trains, main areas and such. hotel is clean, tidy and got all that require for a city break. breakfast in the usual continental style of which was plentiful and tasty. staff were great as always even putting up with my attempts at Italian as still learning lol.

Great location. The staff was incredibly helpful with us. The room actually exceeded our expectations and looked better than in the pictures. The windows were nearly soundproof, we could sleep decently despite loud live music right across the street.

This is a small boutique hotel at the north end of the city's historic core, right near the small craft harbor. There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. In fact, everything in the historic district of Palermo is a short walk away. The room was large and comfortable (except for the shower in the bathroom). The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The capsule shower was very small. There was barely enough to soap up and shampoo. The neighborhood is very lively, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, which is good, but the liveliness continues late into the night and, sometimes, early into the morning, and the room can be very noisy. It woke me up on more than one occasion.

What a gorgeous hotel, so clean....immaculate......staff so welcoming and helpful, modern large room, great location, and the most amazing homemade cakes..family run hotel and a great price.

Nothing....everything perfect

the property is centrally located so it’s easy to get about. the staff at hotel are excellent very friendly and welcoming. the hotel itself is immaculate, cleaned daily fresh towels etc. breakfast had a good selection of continental options. nestled in a lively side street with an array of restaurants and bars was a great atmosphere as there with a toddler was great at night when they slept to sit on balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the atmosphere and people watch.

Very good room: clean, big and with a nice balcony. Very good location and helpful staff.

Unfortunately there's a heavy night life street right in front to the hotel. It goes 3am on even on sunday. The window makes an ok job to shield it, but if you're sensitive it's simply not enough. We needed earplugs on the second day.

great location, on the one hand the port, on the other, the main pedestrian streets and attractions, very nice helpful staff, very clean and comfortable and large rooms, balcony, breakfast for all nationalities will be great, a little advice to add a few delicious Italian tomatoes or other vegetables, delicious food, homemade cakes, everything perfecto!
