The location is very good, close to the sea. The hotel staff is very friendly and has always been in touch. There were delicious breakfasts. There was cleaning every day :) Also i have to say that my parents went instead of me, the hotel staff was always in touch with me if there were any questions, since my parents did not know English. Before arrival, we were sent detailed instructions on how to check in, and it would also be possible to book a tour.

There are no disadvantages

The self check-in was very easy and explained in detail. Initially the AC in the room did not work but the host provided excellent customer service and we were able to change rooms even at 11PM. Besides that everything was according to the description. The breakfast was rich and tasty.

The beach is dirty and you cannot do anything on it. It is not a complain since the beach is not advertised as being good, it is more like a notification for the upcoming guests in order not to have expectations from it.

The property was located in an area in close proximity to transport (tram) which was a 6 minute ride to the city of Palermo. As we were driving, we required secure parking, which was arranged for us (at a fee) The owner Rosaria and her mother Pina, were so welcoming and accommodating, providing a delicious continental breakfast each morning and helping us with all of our queries and providing local recommendations. The property has been recently renovated with much attention to detail. We appreciated the quality linen and towels.

It was on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Fortunately there's a lift!

The breakfast was wonderful: good selection and tasty! Kitchen facilities were made available for use which was great! The location is a distance from both the airport and the city centre so another means of transportation is necessary to go anywhere. We were here for only two days and that was to rest after a very busy tour so location wasn't a big issue for us.

Pictures indicated a beautiful beach and we were hoping to make use of it but locals told us that it wasn't a clean beach as it was close to the port. That was disappointing and upsetting and shouldn't be advertised as a plus for that location.

Good location, nice breakfast, sitting outside on a balcony. Convenient car parking.

Entry codes - three different codes to get in, entrance door into building, 3rd floor entrance to apartments, room entrance, all provided online - Unfortunately, the 3rd code didn't work, and we were waiting outside the room for some time before a staff member arrived. Fortunately, we managed to get through to them via Booking.com, so that they would arrive and open our door.

Excellent staff, couldn't do enough to help, and they were so friendly. It was a home from home, the highest compliment. Cosy beds, fabulous air conditioning, meticulously clean. Lovely showers. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice with tiramisu on offer! Elisea had excellent English, and Rosario was always on hand. Very impressively run. Comfort of the client was top priority.

Great hosts who made us feel very welcome. Accommodation faultless and spotless … Breakfast was 10/10 and a great way to start our day.my husband had an unfortunate accident and ROSARIA and her beautiful mum came and picked us up from the hospital etc etc and helped us out.. of which we are immensely thankful…I would 100% stay again just too see ROSARIA and her mum …we again say a big thank you xxxx till next time

Unfortunately the beach was not what we had imagined but for the stay we had it didn’t affect our stay

We had great vacation in Ciccio, the room is very clean and the bed is particularly comfortable. The breakfast is super delicious and the team are very kind and helpful. In addition few meters from the hotel there is very good and cheap seafood restaurant. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The beach nearby is not the best in Palermo

All communication via Whatsapp. There owner is replying very fast and takes care of everything. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and a nice. The breakfast on the little balcony is Italian style and you can ask for specials. I had a nice chat with the owner during breakfast. To reach the city you take the tram L1 for 1,4€. I would definitely book again!

Rosario and her staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect. Clean rooms, good atmosphere and very nice breakfast. We have never had tiramisu for breakfast before...but now we have.😀 We will be back when we return to Sicily. Easy and safe to park your car, safe area to be in even at night, and several places to enjoy good seafood and pizza.
