There’s a lot to like and we also had negatives. The room was very clean and cute when we arrived.The property manager was responsive and helped us with a ride to pick up our rental car. The room was centrally located and an easy walk to lots of things to see and eat. Having an elevator was a plus. Bed was ok.

Being centrally located meant lots of outside noise( I knew it would be that way) my biggest complaint was that on our 5 day stay the room was never tidied or restocked. I understand not doing it everyday but the floors got dirty ( which was hard to keep the grit out of the bed) our towels had to be used way too many times and the trash was overflowing. We had to go buy toilet paper because we ran out! Definitely should have swept our room, taken the trash, and restocked everything on the third day!

The location was perfect, close to the central station and all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very comfortable, with a nice little balcony to enjoy morning coffee. The A/C worked well, and the TV had Netflix, which was a nice touch. Despite being near a busy street, once the window was closed, it was surprisingly quiet. The host was very responsive and even suggested great activities and restaurants to check out, which really added to the experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

We stayed in a room with a private but separate bathroom, and it was a bit inconvenient to have to lock and unlock it using the room keys. A lock system inside the bathroom would have been much more practical. The room itself was well isolated from outside noise, but unfortunately, not from the sounds coming from other rooms. We were woken up a couple of times by people arriving late or leaving early.

Location was excellent, very centrally located within walking distance of most sites. The room was clean and there was a lift.

Checking in was very poor. We were emailed asking for documents and to pay tax, both of which we did in advance. We were advised that the code would be sent on our day of arrival and a staff member would meet us at the accommodation at the time of arrival we specified. Neither of these happened. We only accessed the hotel thanks to a fellow traveller and finally were sent our room number. A message sent asking a question was never answered. All in all, it was very disappointing.

Location is perfect to sightseeing Palermo. Close to Central train station and a lot of buses to move around the city. Close to good restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Contact with the reception without any problems. Very fast, direct and easy check in and check out. Room was really clean. We do not have any problems.

We do not have any problems. But.... In our room we had to wait for a hot water a little bit longer. It is not a big problem but good to know. Also it is loud outside, but when you will close the balcony properly it is fine. It is more for information then disadvantage.

The guesthouse is located in the verye, very center of Palermo. This means it is a bit noisy, but personally I love this. Close to my conference venue, close to many restaurants and bars. The place itself has all one needs. One can make coffee and tea and sanwich bars are on the opposite side of the street. One person rook care of the place and I absolutely adore her. A fantastic and competent girl. I would love to go there again.

Modern in a good location Eco friendly toiletries ( not single use bottles) Despite being on a busy road there was triple glazing so quiet at night Fresh flowers in shared seating area was a surprise addition

Despite tea bags and kettle there were only espresso cups, no cups or mugs There was a microwave but no options to be able to use this as no plates or cutlery

The location was super convenient for exploring the city as well as close to the airport-bus bus stop. The lady at the reception was great as well.Room size was good for 2 people :)

The room being so close to the reception was not ideal as we could hear every time someone walked in or fiddled with the door. As the road in front of the hotel is very busy it was too noisy to keep the window open and therefore have some fresh air.

It was very good location, in the center of Palermo. The whole apartmant was nice, designed very well. It was clean. The host was very kind and responsive, flexible and helpful, really a great host.

The bathroom was opposite to the room, divided by corridor. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom. The price of the good location is the traffic noise and the poluted air if the window opened.

Everything! Location, cleanliness, coziness, commodity, big bathroom, shared "living room" with free coffee, natural light in the room and possibility to have total darkness in the morning. It is also very quiet. Easy check- in and check-out, we received all important information regarding transport... We liked proximity of all main attractions, bus station and main train station are really close (walking distance 5-10 minutes), many cafes, restaurants and "pasticcerias".

Nothing, everything was so great, except that our trip was too short!!!

Brilliant location - we went to all the main attractions and walked to all of them. Comfy bed and helpful to have a small fridge. A pizza place across the road open late (we ate there at 11:30pm) and deserts a few meters down. Easy check-in and check out process.

Although it didn't bother us for a two night staff we did notice the towel rails and toilet paper rails were broken. Otherwise in as good as condition as you could ask for.
