The apartment was very clean and perfect location.lots and lot's of restaurants and night life just 5 minutes walk away. Jerry was very helpful, in my opinion I think I couldn't find better then this apartment. From Parm airport we got a taxi and it was just €11.50c so don't be afraid to use a taxi. Like the owner said the system of the buses are very efficient. Thank you Jerry for making our holiday perfect.

Just a small things, We Maltese love toasted bread in the morning for breakfast, so, English breakfast for us is very important mostly during a holiday, so if there was a toaster it would be far far better, but the rest was perfect.

Perfect location, very central but on a quiet side street. Comfortable bed, mosquito nets on the windows. Well equipped kitchen.

Just for information, the flat is on the first floor, but the stairs are easily manageable.

The posting is advertised as a deluxe queen room, but it is actually a whole apartment with a separate bedroom, a living room, a full kitchen and a terrasse. It was a pleasant surprise. The host Jerry was very welcoming. The location could not have been better.

Great location in the centre of Parma, but in a very quiet narrow street. Terrific apartment - kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, plus an enclosed terrace – with high ceilings, very comfortable.

Very big, nice and cosy appartment! Everything you need and more is present! Great location, right in the city center.

In the morning you wake up with the noise from the church if you are a light sleeper. (bells) Low pressure on the water. (sink, shower,...)

It was very clean, spacious and central! Host was also helpful explaining how to access the place and how to get there from the airport.

The apartment is very large and the location is in the historic centre minutes from all the attractions. We absolutely loved it!

This apartment is ideally situated for access to everything in the centre of town -- cathedrals, art galleries, restaurants, supermarkets, bus and train transports. Despite this, it was quiet and peaceful at all times. The apartment comes with a full kitchen, shower bathroom and separate bedroom. There is an open terrace accessed from the hallway but there is no furniture on that and none in the apartment which would be comfortably used to sit out. However, it was nice to open the doors to let the open air in. The air conditioning was efficient and the apartment was generally cool and shady even though the weather was very hot during my stay.

Although the host and I had an extensive conversation on when I might arrive and agreed the likely time, the apartment was not ready when I arrived. The keys were not in the lockbox which was quite distressing after a long hot tiring journey. The housekeeping staff were very helpful, letting me into the apartment and even carrying my suitcase upstairs. However, they were only there because they were still making up the apartment. I confess I was somewhat ungracious being exhausted, hot and sweaty. The telephone number associated with the booking turned out to be the host's son in Australia which added to the stress of being left on the doorstep. After the staff left through a connecting door in the bedroom (a little disconcerting!), there was no communication with host of staff for the rest of my stay. The only other problem was trying to understand the recycling rules -- a task at which I signally failed!!
