The hotel is well-kept and surrounded by greenery, and there is a lounge area outside which is pleasant in the evenings. The reception staff were very polite and helpful, and were very kind to help us book a taxi late at night at short notice. Breakfast was good, there was a selection of cold cuts and cheeses as well as yogurts, fruits and cereals. It was plentiful and constantly being restocked, and we enjoyed it very much. The rooms themselves were clean, and the housekeeping staff washed the floor every day which was great.

The area itself is quite cut-off, and if you are travelling by public transport it is not ideal especially in the heat. However, with a rental car it would be great. The AC in the rooms was not great and we were in the middle of a heatwave, so it wasn't the most comfortable.

Very good breakfast with attentive staff topping up buffet constantly. Good choice of dishes. Nice coffee from machines. Very nice staff, happy and courteous. The staff are 4 star the hotel isn't.

I can live with the small room, but it's old and poorly maintained. IMO not a four-star hotel. Air con struggling to keep this small room cool! I resent paying 3.50 euro city tax for four-star when it clearly isn't. The restaurant was closed for the duration of the holidays!

We checked in late - around 2 am and the checkin was smooth. In fact we booked just an hour earlier on the go from the car. The receptionist was very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. So all in all, it was good value for money - especially after a disaster two days ago in Venice.

The bed was too soft - especially for a person like me with a back issue. Could be a bit firmer and, if possible, a choice can be given.

They have a parking place in front of the hotel, not very big, but enought for the clients.

First of all, I didn’t like the staff. When we checked in the receptionist was very unfriendly, he acted like we disturbed him, exactly the same attitude he had also when we checked out. The rooms are very small and the location very far from the city center. We were freezing in our room and we didn’t have the option to close the ac by ourself. We had to call at the reception to ask to do it. The cleaning staff came in the morning 3 times to knock at the door until 10 o’clock.

Easy access hotel with free parking space nearby Parma central. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was available from 7 to 10 serving for example fresh fruits, coffee, some bread and sweet pies.

Overall, we have not much to complain about, but we would have liked to have had charging facilities on both sides of the bed.

WE LIKED OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL. FOOD GOOD, OPTION FOR LUNCH AND THERE IS A BAR! PARKING IS FREE AND INSIDE OF THE GARDEN OF HOTEL!!

I personally didn't like the concept of toilet in our room. There is a "door" of toilet which you can not close it like properly. It's modern toilet. Door is made by glass, so you can hear everything whem someone is in the toilet.

Location fantastic. We stayed for 5 nights. The bedding was changed and cleaned every day. Staff excellent. We have stayed before. You cannot beat this place for value for money. We'll done

Bed was a bit uncomfortable for us. The restaurant was closed. These are small negatives as we loved the food when we stayed before.

Beautiful outdoor area, quiet neighbourhood, free parking places.

The rooms were very cold, the heating can’t be turned on from the room. The breakfast was the same every morning without vegetables, withouth fresh bread and withouth warm dishes.

Free parking was a plus. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Bed was comfortable.

Room was super small. To open 70 cm suitcase we had to move the bed. The bathroom is facing the room and the door is made of glass and doesn't close tight, so no privacy whatsoever.

Great hotel, comfortable room with excellent facilities, very clean, polite and very helpful staff, easy to find. The location was actually quite good and the parking was free and secure. Breakfast was great.

Nothing much we didn't like, it was a very good hotel and I would definitely recommend it. No specific negative things to say about it at all.
