The property is in a great location. A quiet little square, and only a couple of minutes from the main streets in Pisa. On a night it is extremely quiet and you can sleep with the windows open. Even with the bar downstairs it is still quiet. The 24hr reception/bar is great - we didn’t arrive till 3am and it was great to be able to walk straight in, especially having the option to check-in before hand to speed up the process. We had fresh towels everyday and our room made up which was an added bonus as didn’t expect that.

The bathroom was a little bit dark and gloomy. It could just do with so brighter lighting.

Staff are very polite and respectful. Food available 24 hours a day. Comfortable stay. Close to great restaurants and bars. Location is close to main tourist attractions. We would stay again.

Bed sheets had yellow sweaty stains on them. Only sheet on bed in mid October not good enough as weather is getting cooler. Blankets supplied in wardrobe had to be used. Heating is locked and can't be controlled in bedroom. Reception has full control. They did turn the heat up when asked. No do not disturb sign in room. It would have been nice to have if we had wanted an extended stay in bed. Mattress needs to be updated as springs are about to pop through material.

The location is approximately 20 minute walk from Pisa Centrale train station and 10 minutes to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was basic but kept very clean. My ensuite was good with powerful shower and enough towels. The room had a small fridge which was a bonus. There are shops, restaurants and small supermarkets in the immediate area and also via the route back to the train station. The helpfulness of all the staff working there was absolutely superb.

If I was being picky, it would have been some tourist information, ie: leaflets in reception, for places to visit or do.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They kept my room clean throughout my stay. Gave me diirections and suggest places to eat. It is a quiet place with locals eating and ordering on the cafe which is located at the entrance of the hotel. All the basic are covered with room both have aircondition unit and fan. The room is as shown on the picture of their website I arrive past midnight anf felt safe walking in tge area.

This is fyi and not things that i do not like : Microwavable pasta on the menu - but staff is hobest about this before you order The lift jumps a bit as it goes up- just to warn you but it works perfectly well Hair dryer needs time to cool - it will turn on again its not broken 😀

The 24 hour reception was the key reason we booked as we had a bad flight time and we were greeted with no issues at approximately 1am, even offering us information on Pisa for the following day. The cafe downstairs seems popular as was very handy as we were able to get some milk in the night time for our child and breakfast was never a worry with an array of pastries downstairs. The decor and facilities are a little outdated but functional and for the price is as good as you should realistically expect. It's a short walk to everywhere you need to be with the leaning tower approximately 15 minutes walk away. Staff were all too happy to help in any way and even helped us out with an older style plug adapter for the destination that we were moving on to. They also helped us with calling a taxi and showing us places to go on a map. If I were to revisit Pisa, I would be more than happy to stay here.

A little outdated but still really good for the price e.g. bathroom could do with some modernisation.

I was staying for just one night and arriving late so wanted a good location to see the sights. The property is 24 hours and I had friendly reception at 10.30pm. Taxi from airport was 10 mins & €13. The room was on the top floor. With the shutters closed it was quiet and dark. The air con was great as it was 30C. Room was spacious. Shower a bit small & old but it worked fine. It was nice to have a window in the bathroom. Cafe downstairs for breakfast was delightful. Easy to walk to the river and 15 mins to the tower. Lots of great squares with restaurants and bars close by. I was happy I’d booked there as a solo traveller.

Nothing really - only thing might be the shower was a bit old but it worked fine.

A small, charming hotel right in the middle of Pisa, close to the Arno, the main area for eating out and not far from the Piazza dei Miraculi. Located at a small piazza, it is very quiet, I could sleep with the window open even on the weekend. The staff is very nice and helpful, the room was clean and cozy, with a nice view out onto the piazza. Having the café downstairs to get breakfast, cake or a drink any time of the day is also quite handy. Having breakfast there is also incredibly cheap (compared to usual hotel breakfast rates). The rooms have a good A/C system, which I didn't even need because the rooms stay cool (unless it is mid-summer, I assume).

The WiFi was not stable, sometimes I had to wait for half an hour for it to come back (but then the connection was fairly good). Also, the shower in my room was slightly damaged, with the shower head not staying where it should be.

Loved the location of the hotel, within walking distance of all the sights. The room was very light and airy, nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable that I struggled to get out of it!! Makes a lovely change to some of the UK 3* star hotels where the bed was so uncomfortable, makes this hotel feel like a 4* or 5*. There was air conditioning in the room, which was a godsend with it reaching temperatures of 28° and 29° outside, it was a welcome break. The room also had a small fridge-rarely get this in the UK unless staying in a 4 or 5* hotel. A lovely touch and it meant I could go to the local PAM supermarket and bring back fruit, sandwiches ect to keep cool. The staff were lovely and welcoming and it was a lovely touch that they spoke english-i was so apprehensive about coming to pisa, my first solo trip, that the language barrier was a issue but not here. Breakfast wasn't included, but with having a on site café, serving delicious sandwiches, pastries and the best coffee I've had to date! Also very reasonable, a small coffee and a croissant costing under €2.50 I found to be a bargain.

The staff were lovely, room a good size clean and comfortable. 24 hour café useful and very good food and drinks. Two USB plug in points which were great as we forgot our plug adapter. Others have moaned about the shower, but we had no issues. Good strong water stream plenty of water a standard corner shower ok not the biggest but we had no issues and we aren’t small people. Position excellent, 30 min walk from the airport 15 from the tower 5 from river and excellent bars & restaurants. Really effective little fridge perfect for water - in fact it froze some of ours which meant it was lovely and refreshing and if we’d been there longer snacks. Lovely city main recommendation is the Museum Opera dell duomo beautiful views of the tower peaceful from the garden and the panoramic café.

Only negative was the air conditioning wasn’t working whilst we were there. It was ok because not too hot but I would be wary further in to the summer. Which is a real shame as otherwise would definitely return. A very effective fan in the room was fine for us this week.

If you can live with the fact that the interior isn't the most modern, then you're in for a treat. This place is a hidden gem and one of the best places I've stayed at. The team is incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing seems too much trouble. The area where the hotel is located is perfect, in walking distance to the sights and the train station, close to bars and restaurants, yet far enough away for it not to he rowdy at night. The hotel also features a 24-hours café with delicious food options, drinks, snacks, ice cream, yoghurts and so much more. In the morning you can smell freshly baked croissants and pastries. I absolutely adored the tramezzini, delicious and the prices are spot on too. I should also mention that it was extremely clean and there was a fly screen outside the window, allowing me to sleep with the windows open without getting eaten alive by mosquitos. Absolute bliss!
