Lovely central hotel. Good value for money. Perfect for exploring. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, scrambled egg and bacon, boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, and breads and pastries. Self service coffee machine with nice coffee. Dining room was a little crowded at busier times but diners did not linger. Breakfast was from 07.00 until 11.00 am. The location is excellent. A short walk from the train station and a short walk to the Leaning Tower. Main shopping street two minutes walk from hotel. Short walk to Keith Haring Tuttomondo Mural. Excellent shuttle service available to/from the airport (with modest charge). Definitely recommend and would stay again.

I asked for a quiet room and was placed in an annex in the courtyard - it was indeed very quiet - I also like darkness and between the shutters and curtains this was achieved. Staff at reception were helpful. Breakfasts were satisfactory. The shuttle bus service was booked to the airport and that worked well.

I had drinks from the bar on a couple of occasions and signed for them without knowing the price. Was €7 for a pint of Birra Moretti - Pisa was actually very good value for drinks and snacks in the city bars and cafes and this was almost twice the average price paid elsewhere so beware. Also - not really the hotel's fault - but was bitten several times by mosquitos in the hotel room despite trying to lock them out with blinds etc - so take some spray !

Extremely helpful reception area, all staff in general very efficient and happy to assist with any questions put to them. Breakfast was very well laid out with very good choices of food which is quite unusual to find,ten out of ten on this item alone.

Room whilst very adequate and very clean had one window which made it a bit claustrophobic (for me) despite being a reasonable sized room. Had evening meal which was limited in choice but is perhaps what people want however the menu could have included fish and poultry but would not stop me from returning. Very pleasant waiting staff.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. All the concierge staff spoke English. The rooms were made up everyday immaculately. The Hotel is city centre walking distance to the tower etc. The railway station is very close 10 min walk from the hotel and the trains, unlike in England run on time! After doing Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and Livorno are only a short distance away. There's a fantastic Nature Reserve close by but when I visited the visitor centre was closed.

Didn't like having to queue for my coffee at breakfast time. Maybe the hotel usually has two coffee machines in use but only the one was seen on my visit. If this is my only "gripe" it's not enough to put me off coming again.

Our first impression was a Wow. On check in the reception staff and bar staff were so friendly and professional. Our room was amazing so modern and spacious. Breakfast was a buffet with everything you could wish for delicious 😋. The location to the main shopping area was literally 3 minutes away and to the train station 8 minutes walking distance.to the Tower only a relaxing walk around 15 minutes and finally to the airport 6 minutes by cab. . Looking forward to returning to this beautiful City of Pisa

location was perfect for our one night stay in Pisa - 10 mins straight walk up from the railway station and Pisamover connection to the airport. The hotel was just one street across from the main shopping street and 20 min easy walk to the Leaning Tower. Staff were very good - helpful and polite Breakfast was excellent-well presented and varied selection Room was perfect-clean and comfortable -only minor negative was that the only window in the hotel opened out to an enclosed space-the only view being of walls and discarded cigarette butts! Not the room with the view we were expecting .

The personnel was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I arrived early in the morning, so they offered to store my luggage as well as giving some local tips on where to go and what routes to walk. They allowed me to check out 15 minutes later which was really kind. The hotel was comfortable. It was a single bed room, which was fine for me. It offered everything I needed for a one-night stay. The bathroom was clean too. There were quite some options for breakfast which was great too. The breakfast room was quite stunning as they have a large painting on the wall and beautiful windows to look out. It's in a very walkable location, close to the city and sightseeing spots. It's located on a quiet street. I had to take the train the next day so staying close to the train station was ideal too. Overall, great experience.

The views were not impressive from my room, but I didn't book the room to get views so I honestly didn't mind it. Maybe another elevator would have been nice as it was quite busy during check in and out time. However, I was staying on the second floor so I just used the stairs anyway if I didn't need to bring my luggage down/up.

The room was clean. Inside we could find fridge, kettle and cups and some free tea. Room is cleaning everyday but with old rules - they change towels even after one day :) Very helpful and nice reception workers. They speak different languages. There is an elevator and nice waiting hall inside. Also it is possibility to keep luggage after or before check in. Breakfast has gluten-free and vegan options. Great localization.

Breakfast might be more various. There is only one vegetable: tomato. :) It is breakfast for sweets lovers. Cornetti, pancakes, cakes and three kind of bread.

We stayed here one night to visit the Leaning Tower. It was in a great location between the train station and the Tower - you could walk to both easily from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and informative. Breakfast was very good and we were allowed to leave our bags after check out while we visited the Tower.

The air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t seem to be working correctly that night, which was an issue as the room was very warm, affecting our sleep. We mentioned this to staff on check out and they said they will look at this issue.

I don’t think the pictures do the hotel justice. The staircase up to the rooms is beautifully decorated (there is a fully working lift). The rooms themselves were nicely decorated, had a fridge and working a/c. Our room was street facing but the windows blocked out the noise. The staff were really friendly and gave us a map to tell us how to get everywhere at check in. The breakfast had a wide range of pasties and eggs, as well as cereal and juices.

There wasn’t too many restaurants directly around the hotel so had to walk a bit to find a nice one, but nothing to strenuous.
