Nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom

Location is incredible. It's about a four minute walk to the "square of miracles". Also lots of really nice restaurants just outside the front door. The staff were super super helpful. In advance of my visit I messaged them a couple of times on the booking app. Their response was immediate, warm and helpful. My flight was quite late arriving and I was worried would I be able to check in so late. They immediately responded saying no problem and when I arrived they greeted me by name. My room was huge given the location of the hotel. The hotel itself was super clean.

Cannot think of anything. It was exactly what I was looking for.

The hotel was situated in the vicinity of the main attraction, the leaning tower and the cathedral. Furthermore near great restaurants, nice shopping area and very easy to reach. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was cleans and the bathroom, although small was shining. The restaurant of the same owners gave us a discount because we stayed at their hotel. The breakfast was simple but enough and tasteful with a good choice of bread and sweets.

You could see it was an old building that at some places needed refurbishment but not disturbing.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and made our stay most comfortable. Could not do enough for us. Even booked us a taxi to the station. The hotel itself could not be in a better location. Having breakfast looking at the Tower was amazing. We had our own terrace outside our room shared only with one other room. The room was clean and serviced daily to perfection.

Not a lot really. If I had to pick something, I would say that the breakfast could be slightly improved, but it is generous and the coffee is pretty good!

Location is PERFECT! Literally 3 minutes walk from Pisa tower and other main attractions,,, Meta at the reception was such a nice, friendly man, we appreciate him… Room and bed sheets were clean, generally the room was well maintained and not old! Also there are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets right down the hotel so it is all accessible within reach,,, Hotel offers great value for it’s price…

Room & bathroom are small if you don’t mind, hallways and elevator are small as well,,, No one was available early for check out so we dropped our keys at the desk and left.

Brilliant location step out and look left and there is the field of Miracles The street is vibrant and everything so close a joy to walk around Very pretty terrace with a direct peek at the tower Staff are exceptional especially the young man on reception when we were there Very special!

No issues at all but be warned if a light sleeper as you are super central and there is general Hubbub noise till quite late

Excellent position close to Pisa Tower and Duomo. Lots of nearby restaurants. The staff were helpful efficient beyond our expectations. I would recommend this hotel for a very nice stay in Pisa and would certainly return there.

As Discussed with Damien, it would have been better to have had a shelf in the bathroom for all our cosmetics. Also I would have liked some bedside lamps.

The rooms are small, but is an old building and this is the best way it was possible to make it. The floors are covered with ceramic tiles, quite cold during the winter time. We have stayed in a 4 beds family room, the matresses of the single beds were very nice, the one of the double bed has seen better days. The room is warm, even if is heated only by AC unit. Breakfast is nice, you have some choices and the coffee is excellent. Once you're out of the hotel you find yourself surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops and only 3 minutes walk from the Leaning tower

Cleaning the air vent from the bathroom could be done much better, it was full of dust, looking like it wasn't cleaned from many months

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Francesco. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location couldn't be better; we were only five minutes away from the tower, cathedral, and museums. This hotel was an exceptional value.

The rooms were not very big, but considering the age of the hotel it's not reasonable to expect huge rooms. If a large, modern hotel were to be built in this historic district it would completely ruin the character of the area.

This hotel was a great choice for my stay in Pisa. It was clean, comfortable (beds were very comfy!), and in a perfect location – just about maybe 10 minutes walk from both the Pisa Tower and the train station. The breakfast was fantastic – a big buffet with fresh pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits, orange juice and coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pisa.
