The location was perfect: nearby the tower and at night the street was very quite, because there aren't cars driving for the hotel. The room was ok: the bed was not to soft and the room was perfect of temperature. I have slept very well, because of all this, in this room, while mostly I don't sleep well in hotels. I didn't have breakfast. I went to a local bar, as all Italians do. The staff was very kind. E.g I had a very nice conversation with Ony. At last the hotel is not expensive. When I go to Pisa again - which is earlier than 20 years ;-) - I will go to this hotel.

When you are looking for a chique hotel this is not the hotel you are searching for. This is a simple hotel as you look to the carpet, walls etc. For me this is fine: in Pisa I am in the hotel to sleep and sometimes to read a book, which was also possible.

The location was fantastic with the leaning tower and adjacent attractions within literally a few minutes level walking distance. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Good shower and quite dark room, we had room 42 with the balcony view over the square and into the Leaning Tower. Nice to chill there soaking up the ambience. Air com unit worked very well and whilst quite itself the air flow/fan noise might be too noisy to leave on overnight for people. Good flow to the shower and heated up quickly. Staff looked after our luggage after checkout and also rang for a taxi to the airport. Taxis turned up within 10 mins for a 15 min drive to the airport departures drop off area, taxi cost €17.

Bathroom long and narrow and I found a little cramped (I’m 6’1”, 46” chest and broad shouldered) however didn’t spend much time in there. Carpets in the main entrance hall/lobby and stairs heavily worn.

Great place to stay in Pisa, near the tour and city center. The hotel has old but neat furniture, clean room, quiet(as requested) and cozy. Regarding breakfast: it is not very diverse, but is good: they had croissants, yogurts, fruits, cereals, coffee and tea. Helpful and friendly staff: they helped us by calling us a taxi to the airport. Greetings from Bucharest. ^__^

As a suggestion: to repair the shower so that the water does not flow around and to renew the quilts.

The location is perfect. We stepped out on our balcony and saw the tower just outside. You couldn't be closer. The breakfast is not completely self-serve, but plenty. There's cold cuts, salami, bread, jam, honey, nutella, a croissant, some hot drinks, cereal, yoghurts, and juices. The stuff is friendly, and they speak fluent english. The room was huge, had a very comfortable, firm bed.

We paid 7 euros for parking, got a ticket to put behind the windshield, and were told to park in the street behind, still got fined for 60 euros. It's not completely the hotels fault, but they could have given more precise instructions if they know that people get fined nearby... so be extra cautious when parking 😁

Atmospheric hotel full of interesting furniture and paintings. Some reviews call it dated but I found it quite charming. Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. We stored our luggage on arrival before check in, and also on check out day The simple, light breakfast was a great way to start the day. The location was perfect to explore the piazza, and also within walking distance to the railway station (San Rossore) in around 15 minutes. We were in Room 42, one of the larger rooms with balcony and view of the tower. Overall exceptional value for money and a great experience.

Of the TowerLocation excellent,value for money and continental breakfast very good(payed extra €7 each). I definitely recommend this hotel.The picture of the tower is from our bedroom window!!!

The view from our room was exceptional. We were in room 65 and had an AMAZING view of the tower - it is literally a 1-2 minute walk to the places of interest in Pisa. Also a very short walk to the river - a very beautiful city to explore.

The hotel itself is pretty old fashioned. The shower head fell off the wall as it was kind of broken and loose. It is a very small bathroom. Got bitten quite a bit - but I think that was due to the types of windows (wooden shutter style windows)

The location was superb with a view of the leaning tower from our room. Close to restaurants and bars. Staff very helpful on check in and knowledgeable about best places to also visit in the area. Very comfortable beds of a good size. The shower was good and powerful.

We liked it as it was very traditional. However, some people may call this dated. Although advertised with air conditioning, this was poor. Could do with tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!! The preview stated that you could see the Leaning tower from the window of the hotel.......that was true but so understated.....literally outside the hotel! If you like classic wooden furniture and antique looks (as I do); you'll enjoy the antique styled furnishing of the room, e.g. French style bed frame and wooden writing desk etc. Room was also very spacious. Good breakfast selection and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and in Pisa overall!!!

Good location, clean and comfortable. It had loads of character, querkey with N air of faded gentrey about it The picture that you see here is the view I had from my room

No facilities for making g a hot drink in the room or a fridge. Which is a shame as there is no bar or restaurant facilities other than breakfast time. WiFi didn't reach my room
