This is right in the centre of Pisa on a pedestrianised street leading straight to the Tower and the Cathedral. There are lots of nice restaurants, bars, pastry shops and supermarkets within a couple of hundred yards The apartment is clean and well furnished if a little tired but for some that add to the charm. We had to share a bathroom which was fine but not to everyone's taste The kitchen was well equipped but we just used for coffee. Train station is 20 mins walk away

Nothing really

The location is superb for exploring Pisa, just a short walk from the Tower area and lots of restaurants and about 20 minutes walk from the Railway station. We had a friendly greeting from the host who kindly arranged for us to leave our luggage early and also gave lots of information about the building. The rooms were comfortable, clean, well equipped and the common area was also very useful, with refreshments provided and various kitchen utensils, a fridge and microwave. As a base for exploring Pisa this accommodation was ideal and represented excellent value for money.

The location is superb. It takes two minutes to walk to the tower and there are many restaurants within 100 meters. The room is very nice as well, it has everything you need. And the hosts are very helpful.

It is not the most quiet place. You can hear what is happening on the street. Fortunately, it is not a big party street, but you can clearly hear when the shops around start opening and when the garbage truck arrives.

A fantastic room in a very central location. Everything you could possibly need was there and it was spotlessly clean. We had excellent communication throughout the booking process and the host was very responsive and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and for taxi number for the airport run when we asked.There was a separate communal kitchen with plenty of refreshments available and it was a real bonus to be able to leave our luggage securely after checking out as we had an early evening flight.

- Very nice host, she agreed to wait for our plain in the evening despite usual check-in hours have already passed - There are several spare keys from the common hall in the property which you can use after the check out to leave your luggage in a safe space - Small but convenient kitchen with main facilities - Lovely garden

- All the rooms are a part of one big apartment and there is nearly no noise blockers. We were lucky to live with quiet neighbours but I can imagine how uncomfortable it could be if the neighbours were louder

The staff (owner?) was really nice. We arrived at 8 pm and the check-in was fast and uncomplicated. The external bathroom is only for the room, which was good. There is a shared kitchen with some stuff like coffee and a fridge. The location is perfect, you can reach the tower in a few minutes. The way to the central station is about 20 min by foot. It is possible to store the luggage. The communication with the owner was really good. We stayed for two nights and I would recommend this guest house.

There was a bit of a musty smell, I think because of the souterrain. But it was gone after turning on the air condition. Unfortunately there were some moskitos in the bedroom, the window had no cover against them.

The hotel is really close to the Pisa tower. It also has a supermarket next door, and a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was really cozy, and the bed very comfortable. Even when the toilet is not part of the room, it is just a door away, not a problem at all. Regarding the hosts, THEY ARE THE BEST!! Very polite, helpful, and very, ver very nice. Thank you for an amazing stay! We had an amazing time :)

Nothing, it was perfect for us

Great communication from the host; very helpful. Perfect location near the Pisa (we walked past it at first as its not noticeable; look at the door numbers) Large room; terrace; bathroom and use of the kitchen with supplies available for Tea and coffee. There's no reception you have keys to enter the property and your room.. Very quiet.

Not the hosts fault or accommodation - but beware of the taxi company in Pisa - we were overcharged to take us to the Airport & he didn't speak English to question it.

The host was so friendly and helpful. Everything was made so easy, and she went above and beyond to help us - allowing us early check in and early check out to accommodate our travel needs, and she arranged us a taxi to the airport. The communication was fantastic. The facilities exceeded expectations. The bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was excellent. There was a kitchen area with free tea, coffee and snacks, as well as a fridge to store any food or drink we bought. The room was very spacious, kept cool in the heat, and looked nice. The best was really comfortable. The location is perfect, extremely close to the tower and lots of nice ice cream and food shops around.

Due to such a central location, it was very noisy late at night and early in the morning. But the bed was so comfy and the walls kept the noise out other than when people were right outside the window. Definitely not an issue for the hotel, just a result of the location.

Excellent location! Short walk from the central station and right near the tower. There is a variety of excellent restaurants on the doorstep of the property. The room itself was very spacious and offered exceptional value for money. We also found the bed to be very comfortable and the property itself has everything you need. Check-in was really easy and the host was such a great communicator.
