It was excellent! 10 out of 10!. Alessandra was very nice to us, very flexible with the late check-in & late check-out times, helped us booking a taxi over the phone on last day and everything in the B&B was to our satisfaction. The B&B is just a few meters walk from the tower, is in very good conditions, very clean and quiet to have a good rest. Even they have umbrellas for guests at entrance which we borrowed. Definitely, I would recommend to book here. Thank you very much for everything!

I stayed here with my family for a couple of nights. Location is amazing. Although situated in a square 100 meters away from the Tower, it was very quiet. 15 minute drive from the airport, restaurants and cafes all around. It was more of an appartment (including a fully equipped kitchen) then a room but with all the hotel facilities. Clean rooms, private bathroom, towels, toiletries and breakfast served directly to your room. There is no lift but appartment was situated on the first floor so no issues what so ever. Very nice owners also reside in the same building on the top floor. Highly recommended.

Everything about the property was perfect in every way and a little hidden gem. For us, this is a 5* property and we will be back. Starting with the grand appearance of a period property, close to the leaning tower of Pisa, close to restaurants, supermarkets and a short walk away from the public transport (we were able to get to Florence and Luca with ease). Additionally, the hosts have got everything spot on in terms of what they provide, the advice and assistance, refreshments upon arrival, the most delicious and most perfect breakfast, a clean and quiet place to stay. It is all perfect in every way. 100% perfect. There are no criticism.

lovely location and very very warm and welcoming hosts. If we or anyone we know is going to Pisa, this would be our default choice of stay now on. Alessandra also guided us correctly regarding the parking at a very very reasonable rate and this was a big plus as ZTL can be a pain otherwise for people who come in as tourists with car. Leaning Tower was literally a stone’s throw away. all facilities were very very comfortable- and I loved it that she had stocked up some rusks, water, muffins and juices in our room for us to use. beds were comfortable. there were good quality products for hair and shower. but like I said it was the warmth of our hosts that I liked most. we were three adults and two kids and this was perfect.

The building was perfect and authentically Italian. We especially loved the little garden. The facilities were perfect and the location is also ideal. Wouldn’t change a thing

so many things to like about this property. the host was responsive and welcoming. they accommodated our request for an earlier check in and notified us that our room was ready far earlier than expected (plus they had offered to store our bags if needed). the location is amazing - right next to the leaning tower. the rooms are spacious. there was air conditioning in the bedroom. we were provided with drinks and packaged snacks for free. The courtyard was lovely.

the only negative was that the room with the fourth bed did not have air conditioning and it was especially hot when we visited so that person did not sleep well.

The room was perfect, same as the picture , bed very comfy. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee and tea. The appartment was really clean and the decoration was perfect. Alessandra was so nice and welcoming we couldn't ask for more. Available for any questions. There are restaurants close, the Pisa tower can't be closer, and a little supermarker very close as well. This was perfect!!!!

Can’t beat the excellent location, right beside the Pisa tower. Modern bathroom. The host is super lovely and left us wonderful welcoming treats. Very spacious! Near a train station.

The air conditioner was in the bedroom so the rest of the apt was very warm.

A spacious, super clean apartment, very quiet in the very centre of Pisa. Lovely shared garden where we could sunbathe and have our meals (and play chess - game a feature of the garden). You can walk everywhere and the sea is at 30 minutes by bus.

In five days could not spot any fault!

We arrived a bit late with a car-sickened baby, and the host took very good care of us; it felt just like home. Also on the check-out date, they were as flexible as possible and helped us in all ways. The place is very nice, clean and in order, and the beautiful garden is a bonus!

We didn't like to leave :) I wish we had planned a longer stay.
