The location was perfect in the centre near the tower. Added bonus was balcony (room for 4) with view of Tower and square below. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. We arrived late at night and had clear instructions to enter and find our rooms which was spacious! The breakfast was continental style and good, it was nice sitting outside on the large upstairs terrace. A mosquito plug was provided in the room and the windows had screens, however I did get bitten. The return Taxi to the airport was 25 euros

Probably need a better hairdryer.

Absolutely beautiful room (no.7) with lots of nice finishing touches/ artwork. Great sized room with comfy bed. Fridge in room. Modern bathroom and so nice to have plenty of room around the sink for toiletries. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Nice to have radiators/ heating as weather was little bit cold/ wet. Pleasant, long balcony and view of gardens. Breakfast continental and good selection. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Also fabulous to have an 11am check-in as we were able to make the most of our 24 hours in Pisa.

There wasn't anything we disliked. If we were staying for more than one night we would have taken a travel kettle so we could have hot drinks in the room.

We liked everything about this place: very clean, specious, big terrace with the view of the leaning tower. The staff, Cecilia and Luca were courteous and informative. After entering the area with limited traffic “Z.T.L Attiva Closed” we stopped at the hotel (one of us remained in the car with the hazard lights on) and were given a permit to park in the area on the adjacent streets within blue or white lines (need your license plate). Cecilia gave us a map where we could park. We paid 15 Euro/night at the check out for parking. From there, all main sites were a short walking distance away. Their breakfast is delicious.

The location is perfect. 3 min walking to Tower of Pisa lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very clean location, my white socks stay white even if I was walking with no shoes in the room. Very helpful staff, give us all the necessary information to visit Lucca, Firenze or to came and go to the airport. The breakfast exceed the usually Italian breakfast. The wi-fi was very good in the room and in the breakfast area.

The windows are old, not sound or temperature proof but it doesn’t bother us to wake up at 7-7.30 AM when the street wakes up. The inside temperature was ok despite the old windows.

The property was in an amazing location, you could see the leaning tower which was about a 3-4 minute walk away. The bedroom was clean and very nicely decorated. Luca and his staff were lovely and helped us order taxis, recommended great restaurants and bars and gave us advise of how to get around via train as we wanted to visit Siena. Luca recommended going to Lucca which wasn’t our initial plan but we ended up going and loving it. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection and a lovely view.

Very good b&b. the room for 4 persons was big enough for our family. Nice decorated, convenient and clean. It has a nice terrace on the top with the view to the botanic garden. The room was clean. And the owner was very friendly and attentive! As the lady's who served the breakfast in the morning. Very good location in the neighbourhood of the tower of Pisa.

I missed some vegetables during the breakfast but thus is something personal. Breakfast was reach and there were plenty tasty things.

This is a small 7-room B&B on the 4th floor of a residence in Pisa with an elevator that serves the apartment. The room was large and comfortable with nice views, a 5' walk to my meeting and a 5' walk to the tower and Duomo. Since the rooms are on the back side of the building and overlook the botanical gardens, it is very quiet at night. There is a mosquito net over the bed so you can keep the windows open at night. Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace, and is ample with great coffee. Lucca and his staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This was our first trip to Pisa and I have to say I was very impressed. Luca the manager was so helpful from the time we made the booking right through to organising our taxi to airport when leaving. This B&B was beautiful and more spacious than it looked from the outside. It’s very central to the main attraction of course the Leaning tower, beautiful places to eat and just wander through streets. Our room had a beautiful terrace with view of tower and looked in to local square, was lovely to sit and take it all in. When we arrived lucca was full of information for us which was great as really helped us going about Pisa for first time. He has a beautiful breakfast area upstairs that can dine outside with great view, his breakfast is the lovely Italian style which made it all the worth while. He gave us a map and circled all the areas we would like to visit and gave us recommendations where to eat as well as telling us where to get bus to Marina Pisa and Lucca for visit. Out stay was just perfect and that was really helped with Luca and his team, we will definitely come back.

No issues with property

very friendly and helpful staff. Room is basic but with all that is needed (aircon, fridge) beds comfy. we had family room for 4 with a double and two singles which was very spacious and with charming balcony. Very good value for money. Breakfast more than adequate and also on balcony. Location in centre of Pisa is excellent.

Quite difficult to find if driving although Luca on hand to provide directions and his colleague stayed to see us in past 9.00pm (thank you). ZTL traffic zones are confusing to tourists - worth looking up before you arrive.

First of all the communication between us and Luca the host was amazing. When we arrived, the welcome was fantastic, with a smooth check in process as well as very informative. The room size was nice and spacious and very clean. The location is perfect with just 20 mins walk from Pisa Centrale train station and only 200 meters from the tower and cathedral.

There is nothing I did not like. No need to fill this out. All the facilities were great.
