The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the hotel feels very safe, secure and welcoming

Nothing negative to say about the property or the staff at all, the staff are lovely and the property is immaculate, I just wouldn’t recommend walking into the centre of Pisa by yourself, there are men walking around trying to sell you trinkets that they are carrying on them and they are very aggressive in their approach. I’ve learnt to ignore them but on my last visit one of them went as far as to jab me in the side because I told him to leave us alone when we were walking back to the hotel. There are police patrolling that do move them along occasionally but they seem to linger on the road leading up to the hotel and around the market at the end of the road.

The location was great, only a few minutes walking away from the Leaning Tower and a thirty minute walk from the train station. The rooms were clean and new. The bathrooms were very nice and we got a good garden view out our window. The reception was friendly. The building has a locked gate and fence around it, very safe.

The reception was closed the evening we got there. They sent us access codes instead, which was very helpful and we were still able to get in easily.

Small boutique hotel short walking distance from Pisa Tower. I booked the spacious family room, which is conveniently located in a separate building from the main hotel. Due the rainy weather, I was pleased to find a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which added a cozy touch. Having traveled in Italy before, I appreciated how well-equipped the room was for comfort and convenience. There were power outlets right by the bed and workstation, multiple lighting options, and instant hot water and strong flush in the bathroom—details that made the stay easy and enjoyable. The front desk and bar staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience.

Small friendly boutique hotel a short walk from the main sites. Ideal location for visiting Pisa and the surrounding Tuscal towns without a car (right by San Rossore Station). Highly recommend

Mosquitos (but they are everywhere in Italy in the summer. Difficult to get a taxi at the hotel - not the hotel fault - the traffic restrictions and the traffic but it is well situated for public transport - bus and rail and pisa is a small city - everything is within a mile or so/

Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, nice quiet rooms, great that it has parking (you pay extra for this) and lovely garden to chill out in. Leaning Tower of Pisa is so close and walking distance to great restaurants too but yet the hotel was peaceful. They were very accepting of the kids too.

Nothing really - the only thing the kids said they missed was bacon and scrambled eggs in the breakfast buffet, but they were pleased with the other selection and really enjoyed the sweet treats!

The location of the hotel was excellent. It is 1 block from the entrance to the grounds of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The breakfast was excellent with your typical Italian foods (prosciutto and cheeses) as well as baked goods, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, juices and sparkling water. You can ask for scrambled eggs as well to your breakfast.

We arrived quite late to the property due to flight delays so we had a quick dinner the first night - the caprese salad was excellent but the pizza was cold and the mushrooms were from a can. Also, the bathroom is quite tight.

This was a stylish hotel, just a stone's throw from the leaning tower - but very quiet. It has a lovely terrace overlooking a beautiful garden where drinks and breakfast are served (as well as indoors). Staff were efficient and polite

Our room (and bathroom) was pretty small (with a few paint scratches) and as we were on the ground floor, we were awoken by a cleaning noise early, and also what sounded like a drill being used around 9am! Service was polite but perhaps not overly friendly, so while not a problem, the vibe was perhaps not that of a boutique hotel - more corporate. Despite that, the cardboard 'instagram' stand for photos in the garden seemed a bit tacky. Music played in the bar, and audible from our room, was a bit teenage pop - could have been a bit more chilled.

Great location near the leaning tower 15 minutes from the airport by taxi Railway station (we travelled to Florence) is 25 minutes walk Room was large, clean and very comfortable Very helpful and friendly staff (from reception to breakfast person) Lovely garden courtyard where you can have breakfast or just relax at the end of the day

If you had noisy other guests, as we did for one night, then you can hear them very clearly if they are in the corridor or bedroom above.

We enjoyed the visit, great location, outstanding breakfast, helpful stall, lovely boutique hotel, worth the price.

Had nothing to do with the hotel, the nearby convenient rail stop we fell victim to a pickpocket setup at the platform lift. Since we had luggage we needed to use the elevator. Waiting for someone like us was a middle aged couple, also waiting was a group of young people that appeared to be students. We were beckoning into the elevator by the couple, thinking it was a goodwill gesture by our age, we accepted, then the younger kids began piling in, the took my wallet. The exited the elevator and I felt and realized my wallet was missing. I screamed. A young girl handed me back my wallet. We opted to take a taxi, not use this station again.

We had a nice two night stay at this hotel, the location was fantastic! The rooms were very nice and the hotel was really stylish. We arrived an hour early and we were allowed into our room, we really appreciated this, we also appreciated the reception's help when we asked if they could order us a taxi to the airport, we found them very poilte and helpful. The hotel is in a short walk to Pisa's main attractions and is in a pretty avenue that is lined with trees.

We appreciated that the bathroom in the room had to be compact but we felt the toilet itself was in a bit of a squeezed position and felt a bit cramped,
