The hotel's location to the Campanile and Piazza dei Miracoli is just ideal. Only a 5 min walk away, so when you are going back at night to the hotel you can enjoy it's splendour in the moonlight which is a very special experience. The hotel itself is clean and very comfortable with a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. The staff are very helpful & pleasant and a breakfast for only 5Euro with great coffee & gorgeous croissants was great value. It's only a 20 minute walk from the train station through the town. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

We spent 2 nights at the S.Athena hotel. I definitely recommend it to everyone. A small hotel with a garden within walking distance of the tower and about 1400 meters from the train station. The hotel has its own restaurant. We ate there and the food is good and cheap. There is a 10% discount for hotel guests. The service at the hotel is superb. Ladies very helpful and friendly. We asked for a kettle in the room and got it. The room is not large, but you don't go on vacation to stay in it. The air conditioning worked efficiently on hot days. The TV has Netflix. I definitely recommend the hotel. I am saving it on my list of favourites. It is worth adding that we paid 17 euros for a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay/barbara

Perfect location next to the Miracle Square. good sized room with good facilities. we also had a small balcony to chill out. Lady at the reception received us very well and gave us some useful tips. even helped with arranging the cab for the next day.

The next morning at the reception was an old guy who was very rude. we were told the night before we could join for breakfast if we pay extra by the reception, but the next morning this guy totally refused us even though other staff were also trying to convince him to accommodate us if possible. Felt a bit overpriced for the size of the room.

The whole town is overpriced, but this place definitely doesn't push it. The rooms are ok, with some decently new renovation - in any case, they are clean and the staff was kind at all times. The location is very convenient, 10 min walking from the main attractions and 20 min walking from the Central Train Station.

very helpfull receptionist first time we had a missunderstanding, but the night receptionist solved our parking problem our room was in the second floor ,was very quiet the breakfast was enought for beginning of day and the garden is beautiful

very small amount of parking place only 4places for extra charge if somebody wants secure parking ,need fast reservation without this we can parking in the street

I have stayed 4 nights at the hotel with my 14 years old son. Hotel was clean, quiet, safe. Hotel has lovely garden, great location, 10 min from the Leaning Tower and 10 min from Corsa Italia. A lot of restaurants nearby, Pam supermarket and Carefour express. Very friendly staff, offered transport from the airport at no additional cost.would recomend.

The hotel is in a good location, easy to reach from the main station and airport. We stayed the night before flying out of the airport and getting there was very easy. We asked about getting the bus but with the language barrier it was a little hard! The hotel balcony is lovely and staff were happy to lend us plates and a bottle opener for a balcony picnic

Excellent location only minutes away from the tower of Pisa. Better breakfast choice than the usual croissant and coffee. We were particularly impressed with the kindness of Sofia, the receptionist. She was very understanding of our requests. Great place for budget travelers who want to spend a night in Pisa.

The furniture.

Hotel was in a good location and had air con. Reception were lovely and very helpful

There were mosquitoes in the room, very very small rooms and not very clean, old furniture and the shower was a wet room and horrible

Extremely convenient location, close walk to the centre. Lovely little garden, secure property, parking inside for a fee or plenty of street parking (metered from 8-20h). Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms.

Beds mattress was springy, not the most comfortable. But fine for one night!
