Location very close to the Pisa tower and the city center, staff is friendly and keen to help, the room is relatively large and the price is on the lower end for Pisa. The room was clean.

You get what you pay for - it's a basic and inexpensive hotel in a prime tourist location. What you get is a single bed, a room with minimal decoration and a property that is neither particularly modern or charming. But it gets the job done without trouble.

Great location right across the road from the tower of Pisa Amazing place staff so friendly lovely and clean the only down fall was said satellite channel but they are not in English. so bit disappointing although the room was comfortable just a little bit tired

EVERYTHING the people so friendly and everyone is very helpful. Any time we were stuck getting tickets for train and buses there was always some one around to advise you and show you the right platform or train to get on the beach is near by not even 2 euros to travel there and on and off buses included all day on your ticket within your zone

reading some of the reviews was a bit concerning but how lovely this hotel was Neilo who was at the desk was pleasant and we arrived early but were lucky that our rooms were ready the 2 single rooms had air con and worked and we had a view of the tower from our windows on the second-floor bed was nice and firm great fridge so could not fault the room the breakfast was adequate for the price cereal, rolls, cold meats, boiled eggs, yogurt apples, and cakes, Christiana was cheery and always put a smile on your coffee .and just across from the tower easy to go by bus or train if you wanted to go further afield and plenty of restaurants choices they were better price round this side of the river across much dear so would I go back to the hotel Roma yes we would thank you, Neilo Paolo and Christina, for our lovely time in your hotel

nothing wrong with the hotel but please be aware of pickpocketing at the San Rosseri station as there is a family of young ladies waiting to push forward on the train they don't get on !!!! just trying to get your wallet, and then the lift they go in first then say come in (SAY NO ) again your back would be against them dipping into your pocks or bags all main stations have police about except this one poster up near the ticket machine telling you to be AWARE

The location could not be better - Pisa's famous tower is just a few roads over, and the attached streets are filled with lovely restaurants and a nice market. A nearby station can take you to Lucca and another station - Pisa Centrale, which is a 30 minute walk away - can take you to slightly further afield places - such as Florence - in around an hour. We had breakfast included in our booking and it was also quite lovely. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is basic but exceeded expectations of what someone may expect from such a value-for-money booking. The rooms are a good size, with balconies facing Pisa's piazza nothing less than a treat. Bathrooms are both modern and feel quite comfortable, much like the sleeping/lounging area. It's also worth mentioning how clean the hotel room was; the cleaners are great at what they do! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for couples and other young people.

It's barely worth mentioning, but the outside road can be a bit loud at night. Shouldn't be an issue if you don't already struggle with sleep.

Fresh sweet pastry, and filtered coffee satisfied my needs. After reading other reviews I was prepared :-) Slept with earplugs, so noise didnt bother me, balcony has double door and a heavy blind,so it blocks out some noise. The room I cooled down with aircon 1 hour before sleep, was sufficient for the whole night (outside 20 at night,28°C day) Morning you get sun in your window (room 24 streetview) beautiful. As I say, all depends on how your mood is - either you see the good thing or bad....Bonus is Pisa Tower 2 minutes away

Nothing, I was please with everything,

Great service for breakfast. We were only staying overnight so didn't linger. Birds in the morning were nice to hear while eating in the large dining room. Also has an outdoor dining area. Interesting previous owner (famous physicist) whose life story was described on the wall. Huge lounge room with comfy seating and TV etc. Elevator. Lovely quiet location close to the Tower square on market entrance. Room facilities are good. Staff were helpful.

Nothing really, just allow an hour to get to Pisa Centrale as Sunday taxis were hard to get! Could not pre book.

Booked last minute as our flight home was cancelled by BA - think we were very lucky to get the last room. Room clean and comfortable, plenty of space. The hospitality and the breakfast were great, and we were able to leave our bags all day, and use the lounge area till we left for our flight at 6pm. They booked the taxi to the airport and had a loo we could use. Location was superb - very central so we could walk into Pisa with ease. Even recommended a great restaurand for the evening - Osteria I Santi.

No Tea/coffee facilities in the room but not really an issue (very British!)

We traveled as a family - two adults, three children. No expectations, we just wanted an apartment in the center. And this hotel fully satisfied our needs. Sometimes an evening walk by the tower is better than a luxurious room far away. Our family rating - great. The breakfast offer is fully sufficient to fill you up, we liked the personalized cappuccino with the greeting "Buongiorno" every morning. And the smell of fresh croissants spreads irresistibly through the corridors of the hotel. The hotel offers the possibility of parking, however, this is more suitable for smaller and narrower cars or good drivers. Better soundproofing in the corridors and from crowdy street would be more suitable for guests who are light sleepers. Overall, we were satisfied, we do not perceive any fundamental shortcomings. Finally, we thank you.

The location was fabulous. A 5 minute walk to the leaning tower of Pisa. The air-conditioner was great and much needed in the heatwave. The bed was super comfortable. A basic room but was sufficient. There was also a mini bar (obviously had to pay for the drinks) but was nice to have a mini fridge to put your own things in. Loved the shutter blinds - they provided adequate darkness which not only helped having a dark room when sleeping, but also kept the room cool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The attention of the staff is very helpful and friendly, the view from the room was very good also comfortable, the value for money is spot on.

The hotel is very good, I didn't like the city, it is too crowded and it is full of tourist traps. Compared to other cities of Italy it is a mess. If you want to visit Pisa anyhow I would recommend this hotel, because it is clean and well attended. An advice for the travelers, if you use the bus service with your ticket, stamp it on the bus when you get on, there are officers hidden waiting in the bus to catch all the tourists that didn't know and they will fine you even if you have the ticket.
