The staff/owner was excellent, humanly friendly and simple. Had sent us a welcome WhatsApp message with details on our arrival to the property, Was there everyday to take care of the breakfast with a warm smile. What Mrs. Manana did for us after our departure for the things we left behind, would add more positive points, should there be available in the scale. It is an old villa, in an upscale residential area, converted to a B&B, with character and classy taste, showing its glory of the past and at the same time being la comfortable place, addressing the needs of a contemporary traveller in a warm and respectful atmosphere, showing that the details have been thought of, The location is perfect, being 5 min walk from the tower and outside the crowded area. It is easily accessible by car and offers parking in the garden.. The train station is close-by and the electric trains were heard, something that was not considered negative as we felt living the life of the locals, besides the fact we like trains.

The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk to the leaning tower, Duomo, etc and you could even see the tower from the room! It's a beautiful old palazzo with a lovely courtyard and secure parking. The host could not have been more helpful with great, easy to follow instructions for check-in. etc. We had a very early flight in the morning, leaving the property at 4.45am, and the host arranged a lovely packed breakfast. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic bathroom, etc. We'll definitely be coming back here again.

This was one of my favorite hotel/airbnb stays in Italy. The proprietor was extremely detailed in how to access the property and was on site both when we arrived and when we left. What we really liked was that it was only a 10-minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and all of the many restaurants in the area. The deciding factor in renting here was the free, safe, and secure parking provided. The proprietor was quite accomodating by allowing us to leave the car there into mid-afternoon after we checked out, saving us from moving it onto the street or to a parking garage. PAM supermarket is right around the corner, too. Super place. Super value. Highly recommended.

The villa was amazing and Manuela (the housekeeper) was very very helpful. She did a great job in keeping everyone comfortable. The villa and it's rooms are very beautiful at an excellent location with the leaning tower of Pisa only 10 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend this air bnb.

When leaving the property it was a bit inconvenient since I had submitted my room and main door and gate keys so there was no way to unlock the main entrance gate from inside without the key. Thankfully the other gate (for entry of cars) was open so I managed to get out otherwise I would have been locked inside. I think that should be looked into.

The property is located 5 min walk to the Piazza del Duomo in a decent residential area - really convenient (although a bit far from the Pisa train station). The room, bathroom and everything inside was really clean. The owner staff are lovely. Breakfast is really nice, simple and not a big selection, but fresh and has all essentials.

Its a big building and not really soundproof, echo carries around and you can hear all residents coming back, though it’s not much of a problem if you take earplugs.

Lovely and well maintained old villa with a lot of character. Good heating and excellent renovated bathroom. Helpful lovely owner. Coffee maker in the room, with used pods replaced each day. I was concerned about reports of noises from the trains but it wasn't an issue at all. Short walk to the city centre but away from the noise, on a very quiet residential street. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Noisy doors and poor noise proofing with the room next door, which could be an issue if you have noisy neighbours.

It was a really great stay. Beautifully decorated and a lovely lovely building. The room was just the right size. Breakfast was nice. And lady M was so so helpful. Our thks and we appreciated alot. All in all 10 out of 10.

Only down side was the very small TV (i tried to watch the italian football from the bed - too small) and the lighting outside was quite dim - a little scary to walk in through the gateway. Now is winter and very dark.

Lovely historic building walking distance to the leaning tower of Pisa. Modern and well appointed bathroom. Great pressure shower and hot water. Toiletries supplied in the bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Thoroughly clean room and bathroom.

The hotel is right next to the main train line. Although passenger trains stop around midnight, trains run throughout the night and therefore the noise is present. The windows are single-glazed but with outside shutters in keeping with the age of the building.

Old,charming ,typical italian villa you want to stay . Very comfortable, home feeling, rooms was very spacious. 5min walk to the square with markets ,restaurants & main gate to the tower, cathedral etc. Host Manuela is very welcoming and helpful with all information on arrival & departure. We communicated via whassup. Will be staying here again when in Pisa.

Very spacious and practical room in a cool old building with friendly hosts and secure off-street parking. While street it is on is not so attractive, it is a very short walk to the Tower of Pisa and dozens of restaurants, cafes, and bars.

It's not the most attractive neighbourhood (but again, it's only a very short walk to the tourism and eating highlights. There's no elevator, so guests do have to carry their bags up a flight of stairs.
