Great location close to Polignano a Mare. It was a clean very nice apartment. We were there in Oct. So we didn't use the beach or sunbathing area, but it was nice and would be great in warmer weather. I reserved 4 apartments, but was the last to arrive so our traveling companions had our key for us. They were very happy with the host, who I didn't meet until we left. He was very nice. Safe indoor parking.

We (6 of us using 3 apartments) only received one working opener for the gate and that was a problem when we wanted to go out because we had 2 cars. The 4th apartment was serviced by another parking area with a different entrance. We should have each been given a working key to the drive in entrance.

Gorgeous view of the sea, very accommodating host - Floriana was lovely and welcoming. She also let us leave our luggage at Vilù Centro for the entire last day which was helpful for getting back to Bari Airport. The facilities were comfortable - air con, good window blinds, a lovely balcony, some biscottine provided for breakfast with little jams.

Sadly it was difficult to swim in the sea because there are sharp, slippery rocks all the way across the shoreline. Check-out was a little early at 10am - 11am would have made life a little easier. Those were my only negative points!

Accommodations were perfect for our family of four. Location was perfect - close to Polignano a Mare but away from the touristy hub. We also appreciated the parking that was available for quests.

The public beach right behind the apartment is very rocky. We decided to walk down the road a bit to where there was a sandy beach. We also went to a wonderful beach club 10 minutes from where we were staying.

i like the peacefull of the place and the location of it. it is between polignano and monopoli and in front at the sea!!!

The filling of the pillows was all undone, they were like loose balls and were uncomfortable to sleep on. It didn't occur to me to ask the girls to change them for me. That would be the only change that would improve

The property is next to the sea, looks nice and seems well maintained; the apartment we stayed in was also nice and had everything we needed.

A bit too far from Polignano and the beach was really dirty - pieces of concrete rubble, glass, ceramic tiles. Didn't bother us too much as we were not visiting during summer, but I cannot imagine sunbathing or going swimming here during a summer holiday.

The apartments are close to the beach and easy to go to the city center. The host met us at the front door and explained to us for parking and keys for the gate and rooms. The room is good , they had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms modern kitchen electronics shutter blind windows, and a washing machine in storage .

The place is perfect, very beutiful with light coloures. Marco and his wife are very helpful. She explain us everything and he organize renting a car, transfer to the airport..even my birthday party on the day of arrivel. The apartment has everything necessary for long stay, too. There are few restaurants nearby. The beach 5 min left is very nice. It's like ruins from Roman bath and you are lying in swiming pools, on the steps of a building of ancient time and the water was warmer there. We really had a nice holiday and if we have an opportunity will come back again :)

It's 30 min walking from the center of Polignano. We were waithing for 15-20 min for Tuk Tuk to come because it's very busy now and there are usually no nearby. But if you think in advance it will be not a problem :) And it costs 20 Euro for my family of 4 each way.

The staff was paying attention to every detail, including the fact they prepared the breakfast for the next morning. The presentation inside and outside the property was very helpful. They were always available and opened for everything. It was a very nice experience and I will recommend it for sure.

The hosts were very nice. They left us juice, coffee, jams and water. Parking is gated and under video surveillance, there are sun chairs and umbrellas for each apartment and a sitting area in front of the apartment. The sea is right in front of the property. Apartment was perfectly clean and well equipped. This is a great location for exploring the Puglia region.

The beds are uncomfortable, especially the pull out ones. There is no oven in the kitchen or place for the towels in the bathroom. Sound isolation is not the best as you can hear everything from the outside.

It's a beautiful facility, in a great location, with all the amenities I was looking for in a one week rental. Washing machine was a great experience in itself. I had a view of the Adriatic , just a stones throw away, while doing my laundry. It was more exciting, to me, than Capri or Pompei.
