Outstanding Hospitality at Aquamarea Hotel Our stay at Aquamarea Hotel in Polignano a Mare was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every detail was perfect. The manager and staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They organized restaurant reservations, provided beach essentials like towels and a beach bag, and even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our engagement celebration. The room was immaculate, with breathtaking views. This was truly one of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had. Highly recommend Aquamarea Hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay in Polignano a Mare!

Amazing location in stunning, magical Polignano. The stuff and welcome were amazingly friendly. Polignano is a little challenging with a car and parking but they called, navigated us in and walked to the edge of the old town to help carry our bags! We absolutely loved the room and location, perched right at the top of the rocks and beach. Bed was super-comfy. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful and served on their private patio overlooking the waters. We can't wait to return.

The shower leaked a bit over the bathroom floor but we didn't care that much

Staff was warm, welcoming, and so helpful. We felt so taken care of especially at breakfast, with plenty of choices, house made pastries, and maximum hospitality. The location and view was unbeatable.

We stayed in the larger room in a lower floor that was a former 'cave' space. Lower ceiling and slightly awkward layout was to be expected. The shower is in the sleeping area, there was no dresser, nightstand drawers, or bathroom vanity storage. The small square window pictured on the website is the only window providing very little natural light. Temperature and humidity control was a bit erratic. The entrance to the room was a door directly facing the bar. Not a huge issue in low season. Parking at $28/day was a bit more expensive than other stays in Puglia, but it was secure.

This is probably the best place you can be in Polignano a mare. The view is famous and the hotel is situated as the exact vantage point for that view. The rooftop bar is exceptional at sunset too— it has all the vibes, the views, and the hospitality (Stefano, you were awesome!!) The best part of our trip though was 1000% the hospitality. Marino & Cristiana we’re outstanding. They were always 2 steps ahead of us, so kind and welcoming, so helpful, so joyful, and so commited to making sure you were happy and comfortable. Leo, the owner, is also one amazing man, hospitable man. You can tell he cares greatly for his guests and their comfort, happiness and overall experience. He also has great stories :) thank you everyone from the Aquamarea team- i almost cried leaving and having to say bye! We will be back!!!

Nada it was great.

This is great accomodation with great staff positioned directly above the beautiful Polignaro beach. There are only four rooms with guests made to feel like family while the atmosphere is one of a lux laid-back beach hotel. Don’t be put off by mixed “socials” reviews from “walk-ins” looking for drinks on the terraces (which are superb) - if you don’t want to pay EUR++ for your Aperol Spritz then you don’t get the amazing view! :). Thank you to Leo, Marino and the entire team that work very hard - great help booking tours/dinners etc. BTW - food at the hotel is good too - break from the more traditional/local cuisine.

The property was located perfectly for everything with a really lovely view form our balcony and a lovely terrace. The staff were super friendly and helpful which is always a nice welcome.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property. I would just advise to people staying that car park isn’t located on property ( a 7 min walk) and it costs €28 per day to park but apparently Pulgia is known for cars getting stolen (we were told by our car rental) so having somewhere safe to park was ideal but bear in mind the extra cost as per night at the hotel wasn’t cheap either.

Location is spectacular, and views from breakfast area and rooftop bar are second to none. Exceptionally friendly, courteous, professional staff. Food and drinks were far above expectations. Breakfast service and selection was superb. Highly recommend having cocktails, lunch, or dinner here, too.

The AC couldn’t quite keep up, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, but we would 100% recommend nonetheless.

This is considerably one of the most amazing hotel I’ve stayed. The host is very hospitable, warmth and welcoming. The attention to detail is impeccable, e.g. the host prepared egg dish for me the second day after knowing I’m a vegetarian, the nice welcome drinks on the beautiful terrace bar with sunset, offering us water bottles when we’re heading out, detailed expalnation about our stay and so much more ! I am a lifetime platinum in a big hotel group, & their service levels are better than many of them at a very personal level. It’s a very pleasant surprise & commendable! The hotel is very clean, comfortable and in great location with nice view of the beach. Definitely a place not to missed when in Puglia.

Everything was amazing!!!!! The room was so much better than expected. The view was insane! Breakfast every morning was 11/11. Location was perfect. Staff was absolutely exceptional !!! Leo and Cristina were so kind. And MARINO was the most hospitable, kindest man. He really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He even helped us get a taxi to our next hotel which was soooo appreciated. I hope we can come back one day, just to see the staff

Everything was perfect. Truly!

Christiana and her staff were amazing . We were made to feel so welcome . We had a tragic loss for us with our dogs passing the day we arrived and she was so wondeeful to us as we were so upset. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful . The place is one of the best we have stayed . The position is just perfect . The bar cafe amazing to sit at . Our room was spotless . We would return in a heartbeat .
