Everything! The location was perfect, right in the middle of the historical centre and easy to get around to places. The staff made the stay, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Each morning we were greeted with cheerful faces, fresh breakfast and fruits from their family farm and I couldn’t have imagined my stay to be any better. A beautiful family and staff run this property and anyone who travels to Polignano a mare must stay here! I will definitely be back and telling all my friends and family.

Sei Stella Mama our small boutique hotel on the main piazza in the lively beachside village of Polignano a Mare was wonderful. Mama and her young staff provided the highest level of enthusiastic service we've experienced in all our years traveling in Italy. Andriano promptly arrived at the parking garage to help us park our car and led us back to the hotel where we were welcomed by Mama and her staff, a cold drink and fresh fruit from the family orchard while Andriano made reservations for dinner at a very fine local restaurant. The next morning we took the elevator to the rooftop terrace where we were served a fabulous breakfast of delicious vine ripened fresh fruit, freshly baked pastries, perfect eggs to order, cereals, dark rich coffee, fresh squeezed juices and a beautiful sunny view over the piazza.

We were aware from the Booking.com website description that some of the rooms were small so it was no surprise to find everything smartly arranged more like a cabin on shipboard than an expansive hotel room. It took some effort to store away our travel bags but the overall ambience of the hotel and friendly staff more than made up for the room's small size. I would suggest booking the larger rooms if available.

Our stay at Sei Stelle Mama was incredible. The staff was extremely friendly, they helped us with an early check in and luggage storage, and they even offered us a complimentary drink on the rooftop as soon as we arrived. The place is extremely well designed, with a lot of personal touches and mindfulness towards their guests. All the products were made in house (soap, shampoo, hand cream), with produce from their own farm, so we even bought some for back home. The place is situated in the city centre, close to all the great restaurants and bars. One thing we regret is not having enough time to book one of their massages. We'll definitely stay there next time we're in Polignano a Mare.

All five sens come to express themselves at the “Sei Stelle Mama” B&B… As I felt the good vibes from the first second I also felt the wish to stay and breath one more seconde on the roof top of this most charming place . Small, very high end quality of construction and furniture to the last detail, definitely for the ones who feels the Soul of the professional owner Antonia. Thank you for all the tips , where to eat, where to visit , for the massage , the cosmetic products in the room and most of all the kindness . Most beautiful, organic, cleanest and friendly place to stay in Poligane a mare!! Me and my husband stayed at Sei Stella Mama for 1 week and from the confirmation of booking the staff were in contact with us via what’s app to ensure we had everything planned for our trip. We were met at the sea front by Andrea who walked back with us to the hotel as it’s in a perfect central location so could be difficult to find! On arrival, we had their freshly grown fruits and infused water!! The room was immaculate, staff couldn’t of done more for us!! They made us feel so welcome and advised us on places to visit and restaurants to eat at! Also we had a full body scrub and massage with their therapist, it an amazing way to relax on our holiday! Thank you !! Food wise- Breakfasts are beautifully presently on the roof terrace looking over the square !!! Their chef was fantastic and very time efficient!! We can’t fault anything!! Overall, if you are looking for a holiday to explore Polignano, this hotel is perfect in a central location, all organic (including there shampoos, shower gels), professional, friendly staff and everything is to a high standard!!

We had a very pleasant stay in Sei Stelle Mama, in Polignano a Mare. The staff was very kind and always helpful. Special thanks to Valeria and Ilenia, both giving their hearts to their jobs. The reception we were given during check-in was exceptional. They were waiting for us with a fresh friut plate, cold drinks and coffee. Then they gave us all the useful information about the town and the area. They recommended restaurants for dinner according to our likings, even organized booking of tables at our choices. Delicious breakfast served at terrace on top of building, with wonderful view. Small but confy, well-equipped room. Very good locaiton, the hotel is located right in the center of old-town, in a small square. Restaurants, bars are all around. The see, the cliff, and other sights are all within a few minutes of walk.

Noise insulation could be better, both from the street and from stairs.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property was incredibly well positioned and a great and thoughtful use of space. the rooftop terrace is amazing. the breakfast was fantastic as well!

The best service I’ve received from a hotel. They went out of their way to get us a reservation for dinner and tell us about the area. All the products including food and toiletries are all produced in their own farm. Breakfast on the roof was delicious also. Location was brilliant and right on the square. Would definitely return!
