The room was just like in the photos....so I like that they were true how their hotel really is. The staff was so nice, and open to help. We had a package delivered and they very kindly had it already in our room the day we checked in. The location is a 10 minute walk from the main historic street, but it also is very well located. The shower was great, the bed very comfortable, and the hotel areas as well as our room was very clean. The staff at the breakfast was super kind and made us a nice little breakfast!

Nothing, everything was great!

The Iblaresort has the perfect location if you arrive by car. Within walking distance of the car parks and without having to lug your suitcase up any stairs or steep streets. It is located directly between the two parts of the city and you can explore everything on foot. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has to be taken in shifts as the terrace is too small for all the guests at once. This was not a problem for us and also pleasant if not everyone rushes to the buffet. We found a parking space in the free zone without any problems. But I could imagine that it is a bit more difficult to find a free parking space in the high season. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the car park to the hotel.

We were in the main building, it seems, and right upstairs from us was the breakfast terrace. It can get quite noisy in the morning when all the guests from an earlier shift are stomping past your room.

Great experience: the views to Ibla and the surrounding hills from the small balcony of our room was simply breathtaking. We slept with the door open to that gorgeous landscape (and a good mosquito net made it possible). Thank you! Strategic location. Free and/ or paid parking is available without problems about 100m down the road ( the hotel is the first building on a ZTL area so you cannot stop or park your car in front of it). We managed to find free parking places everytime we moved the car. Well appointed room, quality products, clean and quiet. Good breakfast.

The beds are a bit soft but this did not spoil at all the pleasure of staying there.

Loved the room and it's really close to a bar that you can overlook Ragusa.

The only downside I can think of is that Ragusa is a small old town and parking can be scarce. Most of the time we parked at the parking lot near the round about and you would need to take some flight of stairs to get back to the hotel. We weren't too bothered but if you are definitely take into this in consideration.

comfortable quiet room

warning : the room we had was the self contained apartment with kitchenette. Great facilities but located high above the old town , involving climbing many steps up and down to the main hotel building and city sights . You can park outside if there is a space but then leave your car there to keep the space : so walking up and down more or less obligatory. lovely views from the walk but for fit guests only .

We stayed in the Junior Suite located in a separate building from the main hotel but only a 30 second walk away. Beautiful views of the Piazza and town carved into the cliffs. Breakfast was excellent and served on a rooftop terrace. It is next to a very nice Cafe/Resto: AgliArchi Trattoria where we had a great dinner our last night. The room was very nice and had a lot of atmosphere. Daniel who worked the front desk and everything else was super helpful in all respects.

Great location, very easy to get to from free parking station. Good size rooms, very comfortable and friendly manager. Easy to contact through Whatsapp and let us check in an hour earlier. Our room was across the street from the main building with a small balcony overlooking the church. Easy walk into the restaurants and shops of Ragusa Ibla.

We were in the main building (with reception desk). The location was great. Very close to the stairs up to Superiore, where you can see the town beautifully lit up by the sun as it sets. Also easy to tour Ragusa Ibla by foot. The best of both worlds! Rooms were spacious and clean with a nice hot shower. The beds were also very comfortable. most welcoming staff, especially the owner who gave us thorough directions on how to get around. You can drop your bags, and a free parking lot is a short 2 minute walk away.

Everything was great about this property

Excellent helpful staff and a great breakfast. We stayed in the Santa Maria apartment with some excellent food and drink nearby. Quality wine in mini bar and simple touches made this a choice hotel

Really nice standard hotel, good effort at decoration, excellent breakfast. Very kind offer from the manager to take us himself to the bus station when an unexpected bicycle race meant that there were no taxis. Very nice views, and close to old town of Ibla.

Bathroom felt a little cramped but wasn't a problem.
