The family room was big, bright and very clean, with a breathtaking view to Ibla. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very varied, only 2 types of ham and a local salami, but no bacon or scrambled eggs, only hard boiled eggs. There was fruit every day and several types of pastries. The staff there were very nice.

We were lucky with the parking, but it's only because our stay was out of the season. The parking spaces are very limited in the area. What I would suggest is to plan your evening meals, as the local restaurants are usually fully booked in the evenings, and you may be left hungry. :)

We liked everything. This Beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast choice is very good, all local produce presented beautifully. As soon as something was used it was replaced ensuring that the food was fresh and hot. We were a group of 10 people and decided to eat in the hotel bar one evening, the fantastic ciara served us delicious food and drink. She is a brilliant host and we all loved her, so much so, that we ended most evenings visiting the hotel bar for a nightcap! We had an early departure time and the breakfast staff started earlier than normal to provide us with a full breakfast menu . I would also like to thank the staff for taking care of me, I developed a nasty tooth abscess and urgently needed to see a dentist. They got me an appointment that day and also arranged for a taxi to take me there. Their customer service is exemplary. The hotel location was perfect for us, took us about 15 minutes to walk to the centre, where there is plenty of choice for food and shopping.

Nothing to dislike

Nicely located within walking distance between Ragusa Ibla and Ragusa Cittá Alta. There is a free parking next to the hotel. Our room was big with very comfy bed, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Both room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Superb and tasty breakfast with a lot of variety to choose. The highlight of the breakfast was the home made cakes and the scrambled eggs which were delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff. WiFi worked perfectly. The property is gorgeous. I spent 16 days in Sicily and it was the best place I stayed. Absolutely perfect. Excellent value for money.

It's not an issue, but the blinds of one of the bacolny's doors didn't close perfectly and sunlight came into the room just with the dawn.

The location and the view from the room were beautiful. Our bigger room was quite comfortable. The hotel is fully air conditioned and very clean which is highly appreciated. The breakfast is very nice and rich. The building is very nicely renovated but it seems a little run down. I hope the owners are given the chance to maintain and upgrade it.

Some important fittings in the bathroom don’t work we asked for maintenance. We were promised action and when we returned about 2 hours later it was very obvious that no action had been taken. Breakfast room and a beautiful but unfortunately is very stuffy.

Comfortable hotel and good location to explore Ragusa. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Friendly staff. Nice view of the hillside town from the lobby window.

Complicated to drive to this hotel. Wish that there were better driving directions on this Hotel’s site. There is is a large parking lot adjacent to the Lower Level Cafe. This parking lot is easy to drive to, but we did not see any signs to the Hotel. So we drove around, through the narrow streets for 45 min and eventually found the Lobby level of hotel. Our room was OK, and more basic than the photos of upscale rooms with stone walls.

It was the second time we stayed at the Itria Palace hotel. We like the location as there is ample free parking nearby (never had an issue, but were never there in peak season). We like the choice for breakfast and location is ideal for visiting the upper town of Ragusa and Iblea. We had the same room twice and enjoyed it. It was just under the roof with slanting ceiling. The room had a large footprint.

I think this issue can easily be fixed. There was the slight smell of stagnant water which I believe might have stemmed from using an old cloth to sweep the floor. Since we only spent a night we could not confirm whether this was resolved.

Nice location with a great view from the rooms towards the old town of Ragusa-Ibla; Spacious rooms with tall ceilings, walls decorated with typical Sicilian limestone; Large bed with comfortable mattress, pillows and bed linen; Large free public parking next to the hotel; Exceptional breakfast - great variety, high quality products, very tasty home made Italian pastries; Kind and attentive service; Reasonable pricing of the mini bar beverages;

Some of the furniture in the room is obsolete and worn out. Some areas could use renovation.

Great location. Rooms are small but clean. Great view on Ragusa Ibla. Public parking near by. Bathroom very special. Did not expect that. Breakfast was the best we had in Sicilia in 7 days. All kinds of meat and cheese. Cereals Fresh fruits and a lot of cakes and biscuits. Coffee was also great. Overall perfect experience. Also the price was surprisingly OK

Because it is in the city center it is right by main road. Cars are a little anoying but if you want to be in the center of the city this comes with it :)

The bedroom was spacious, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Big and very comfortable beds for us and our toddler. Balcony with a great view. Good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Poor water pressure. The hotel doesn't have a private parking. There is a public parking behind the hotel but, maybe because we arrived on a saturday night, it was full and we had a hard time finding a spot on the streets nearby.

Look at the photo highlights. I fell in love with the stone walls, arched windows, and the beauty of it all. I booked quickly, before the hotel was unavailable. The breakfast array was excellent.

Booking.com did a disservice. when confirming my rooms, they sent the picture you see above. In actuality, we were shown to their property across the street. Newly refurbished and clean, but completely void of the character I’d hoped for. It was like ordering a rib-eye steak, and getting chicken. There’s nothing wrong with chicken, but it ain’t a ribeye steak. Again; booking.com issue. Breakfast and staff were great.
