Everything about this hotel was perfect, and we had such a wonderful time in Rapallo! The rooms were so clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. We opted to have breakfast included, and I'm so glad I did. Everything was fresh and delicious. It really saved us from having to stumble out in search of food. We also had dinner there with some family who live in Rapallo, and the staff there is just so friendly and fun. We truly felt welcomed. The location is such a bonus as well. It's a short walk to the train station, but also across the street from Castello sul Mare and several short walks to places to swim. The ferry is also very close if you want to explore the other parts of the coast.

Absolutely nothing. I'd stay there again without hesitation!

Very good breakfast.

A kettle and cups in our room! Had to ask for hot water for tea - this was provided willingly. Coffee machine at breakfast not great, but we could ask staff for cappucinos from the bar, which was fine. All the staff were unfailingly helpful.

The room was excellent; breakfast was superb and above all the location was fantastic meaning we could walk from here to many places and the boat to Portofino was five minutes away. This hotel really stands out in Rapallo and we were delighted with out choice.

everything is very clean, good food, very close to restaurants, means of transport and the beach

it's not necessarily related to the hotel, it was a bit noisy, there was a construction site in front of the hotel.

room are spacious , bathroom is good too , location is great , parking at the hotel super convenient , staff is very friendly

Nice hotel with great location. Dog friendly. Lovely to have breakfast on the terrance. We had dinner one evening and both food and service was very good. One of the best restaurants in Rapallo.

Classic, gave me an impression of going back in time when I entered my room. In the same time, both the room and the bathroom had every indication of being carefully upgraded to modern standard with preserving historic landmark facility feel - very neat

at the time I was visited there was a road construction in the front of the hotel, sure it was a temporary inconvenience

Very central location, friendly staff, clean and edinately high standard compare to other hotels in italy! Usually hotels are not that well maintained and staff is not so friendly! I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

lovely hotel, excellent location to Rapallo. staff were lovely and helpful, especially the waiters. the hotel couldn’t do enough for you. breakfast was excellent and dinner in the evening was amazing. rooms clean and tidy and hotel was a close walk to beach. 5* hotel, second time staying here and would definitely come back.

Breakfast was plentiful and all you could need and relaxed atmosphere and beautiful room. Friendly staff brought an extra full pot of coffee on request!

Was disappointed there was no access to the wellness facilities but staff offered a balcony when disappointment expressed..
