There was no breakfast.

The shower had a leak and water in the room under my suitcases, they have wheels so no problem, I step into the water and then realized what had happened, I dried the floor with the towel, the window curtain was wet, but damage. Was expecting hot water, but cold is okay too.

Let be honest it's not the type of the hotel you expect to be all included and other pushy things of comfort, but it's definitely the stay I'd recommend to feel yourself in the authentic Italian flat kind of stay. It's old school, it's well situated and it's absolutely clean despite of the old facilities you can find there.

Central location not too far from the station and close to the sea. From Pisa you don't need a car, very easy to take the train. I really liked the hotel, which is kept in the old one with high ceilings. Terrazzo floors. Kitchen niche where you can cook. Large terrace.

WFI does not work-there were not enough plugs

The location is in the center with the sea front just around the corner, which is a big plus. Friendly young lady that booked us in. This property is for students or people who are not demanding. Ok for 1 night.

Strange room with bathroom probably built additionally in the room. No air conditioner, just a fan, which was helpful, but it was still terribly hot. The extra beds were small and the main bed’s frame was falling apart. Shower was small with some mould. So the price could have been cheaper. We just stayed one night so we survived the heat.

-the property is in need of serious updating, -l got locked in bathroom for 40 mins at night as the key in the door got jammed, had to call out the window to alert someone.overhead lights was lit in shared bathroom. -The hotel is not maned at night. -Paint is peeling of the ceiling -my room was next to reception ,only a thin timber door between the two rooms ,so heard every work uttered. - it was clean -no lift

it’s centrally located. it’s affordable.

I often take budget hotels but I felt this was not worth it. wish I had paid some more to stay somewhere else. I paid extra for a room with partial sea view. true, the room offered this- but as it was a room at the front it meant a full view of the roadworks that are happening, which are VERY noisy, and which start early in the morning… so I paid extra for a room which effectively was worse… the rooms are not soundproofed at at all. apart from the street noise, a man in the room next to me started a phone call at 9pm and I could hear every word. that lasted an hour.. he did the same at 630 am…. there is nobody at reception at night, no management on site so I couldn’t ask management to do anything. on top of that, at 10pm or so someone tried to enter our room, which was fortunately locked. I didn’t want to venture out to find out what that was about (given that there was nobody at reception) but it did not make me feel safe. in short, I do not recommend staying here.
