The guesthouse is located about a 10 minute walk from the city center. We stayed on the upper floor. The room and shared bathroom looked recently renovated and both were very clean. The other room on our floor was unoccupied, so we had the bathroom to ourselves. Linens and bed very comfortable, rain shower head lovely, and the a/c was great after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was very good in a small community room.

The a/c remote control was a little difficult to understand as there were no instructions in Italian nor English, but we figured it out after a few minutes. An instruction card would be a good idea.

Breakfast was prepared on the spot. Freshly baked pastry, juice, pancakes, and bread. You could choose whatever you liked and it was sufficient. The room was stylish and clean with great packing spaces. The bathroom was neat and the shower with the "rain from above" showerhead was refreshing and calming. Wifi worked properly, the card opened everything. The great bonus is the parking facility. We parked in the garage under the house. It was spacious, clean, and easily accessible any time we wanted to reach the car.

The only drawback of our room is that it was the ground floor corner room. Both windows had to be shut and curtains drawn because of the people passing by right outside. That gave the whole room a "birdcage with a sheet on" feeling. If you only come back to sleep or rest it won't be a problem, but if you intend to spend time in the room during the day the lack of natural light or a view to anything outside might be a bit claustrophobic.

Room looked fresh and clean. Man who checked us in was very personable. Location was away from hustle and bustle of old city but still within walking distance. We requested a parking space for our hire car which was fine on our first day, however when we used it the following day, the space was taken and we had to park on the street. Fortunately all was okay.

Payment hadn’t been taken prior to our arrival (as expected) so paid as we left. Ended up paying more than quoted ( only €8 ). We were told it was the city tax, but it was more than our booking confirmation read. Perhaps it had gone up since booking. As the lady doing the payment spoke little English, we couldn’t argue the point. Minor problem really.

Spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed, quiet air-conditioning. Just a fifteen walk from the centre of Ravenna following the main shopping street. There are at least a couple of good traditional restaurants nearby and a pizza place almost next to the accommodation.

My room had a separate bathroom which was fine. However, as access to the room is via a swipe card which is not necessary for the bathroom, I was concerned about the possibility of ending up locked out. If the bedroom door were to shut while I was in the bathroom without the card, I would be stuck, and as a single traveller there would be nobody to let me back in. Not an ideal scenario in the early hours of the morning. Breakfast is from 8am, which may be fine if on vacation, but could be inconvenient if you have an 8.30 meeting in the middle of town for instance.

The location was good. The hotel is on a busy street but the windows are good and you don't hear the traffic very much. You can walk to the inner city. We got a spot for the car in the underground parking garage

The room was at the ground floor and there was no real natural light. You had to keep the blinds down or the people on the street could look inside the room.

Greeting was great and welcoming and room was spotless and good facilities. Great to park car on site.

There needed to be more kitchen utensils to cook eg a sharp knife The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and even the slightest movement was so incredibly noisy so 2 people slept badly sadly. A great shame as location was brilliant. You could put 2 chairs and small table on balcony?

breakfast not ready in time: guy arrived after 8am and had to set up everything after. Did not talk or ask for our wishes. A very unpolite guy. We informed him that we had to leave early the next morning for a time slot in the musea, he said he understood but arrived again after 8 am

I stayed in the room where bathroom access via the stairwell, but this was no problem at all. In the private garage under the building was space to store my bicycle safely.

Well operated B&B in a convenient location about 4 blocks from the old town. Easy walking distance. Owners were very helpful in getting into the room and accommodating changes to our itinerary.

Parking is easily available and was not a problem, but the garage is very small and interesting to get into.

location near centre and good car parking. very nice room and decent breakfast the owner was very helpful and met us late at the property due to our flight not getting to Bologna until 7pm
