The hotel was very clean, there was a lot of choice at breakfast, staff very helpful and kind. price was ok if you compare location and service to other hotels . The best thing apart from this is the location. Right in the centre, can walk to all the sites easily, surrounded by restaurants, cafés and shops. Just a 10minute walk to the train station. And so in my mind makes it the best choice compared to other hotels I looked at on here and saw while staying in Ravenna. Would definitely stay here again.

Any picky minor gripe I might have are superficial, it's looking a bit tired. But I'm sure as tourism and hospitality industry begins to pickup the owners will get on to it. But honestly price comparison, location and staff would make you put that to one side.

Breakfast was Excellent!!! Customer care was Professional and Great!!! I was welcomed with beatiful smile on everyone happy face from morning to late night. Great team work !!! We stayed 4 nights in the Hotel Bisanzio and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located very close to the city centre in the old town. We had a car park nearby which was very comfortable. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Good WiFi. The breakfast was excellent with very nice and helpful staff.

single room was absolutely tiny. I had to place everything strategically as no spare room at all, which for 6 nights (was on a course) was a little wearing. shower tiny also, so space wise not great value. But it was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Breakfast was just right. Location is excellent, all the attractions are within walking distance. Food at the Mercato Coperto, close by, was super.

The bath was not in line with the floor, and stepping out of it was awkward. I prefer walk-in showers.

Hotel is really clear. The staff was really helpful and nice, Location is perfect, Only 5 minutes walk from Centrall train station. The room was really good equipped. In the room you can find almost all you need. Not crowded city with good atmosfere.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. I was surprised by the size of the room and the fact that the desk was big enough to actually be very usable.

The breakfast was just okay. The eggs were always cold and a bit more fruit and proper orange juice would be welcome.

Great location. We only stayed one night on way to a cruise.

Slight noise heard from a party in the bar, but it finished at midnight so wasn’t a problem

Good choice of food. Well presented. Table and buffet service was quick and staff very pleasant. Loved the enclosed courtyard to relax in.

Basement location using stair access was problematic for some people in our group.

A charming older Hotel. Excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Central position with easy walking distance to local restaurants. Very quiet.

Paper cups in rooms for making tea or coffee.
