We arrived much earlier than expected for a two night stay but we were still made to feel very welcome and permitted to check in early. We even scored an upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was a great spot to come back to after dinner for a coffee and glass of wine. The room was very clean and very comfortable, as was the bed. The location was very quiet but still only a short walk to the main shopping/dining areas.

Nothing, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed a very genuine Italian experience.

The perfect location, in the centre of Ravenna centro storico, just an easy walk from almost all the wonderful sites. Our rooms were very comfortable, with plenty of space for unpacking, and mine with a wonderful terrace, sadly not used as the weather was not so kind! Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and a local treat included. Michele was incredibly helpful with our car, our bags and explaining how to find certain places, including a very good restaurant recommendation.

Villa Noctis is a family hotel, beautifully arranged and furnished, run by the most friendly and helpful people. It is located right in the heart of the historic center with practically all of the sights in walking distance. If you travel by car, there is private parking available in the lush courtyard. You can opt for a breakfast option that caters to all tastes - sweet, savory and everything in between. Our room was one the smaller ones but still featured absolutely everything one could possibly desire - AC, TV, spaceuos bathroom with a walk-in shower, well-stocked mini fridge, comfortable bed, you name it. We were there for two nights only, a short weekend getaway paired with a concert, but we can see ourselves going back for a lengthier vacation, since the hotel is, on top of everything, also pet-friendly. :) Definitely would and most probably will stay here again, can recommend this fantastic property without reservations!

A family run villa, our fabulous experience started from the great commutation, followed by parking our car and bringing out luggage to our gorgeous room. Michele and Maximilian couldn’t do enough for us…so friendly and helpful. This property is a real gem! Don’t hesitate to book it….you won’t be disappointed.

Nothing. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

We changed our plans 1 day before our trip from Lago di Como to Ravenna and it was the best choice ever. Villa Noctis was amazing. Great staff, amazing service and perfect location. You are at the center of the city and only 20 minutes away from the beach. Definitely a big recommendation!

The rate said that it was with breakfast included, that is why I booked it. when I got to the hotel, they explained that it would be an extra 11 euros, and they gave me a list of different choices. When I saw the place and location, my mind said, its not important to pay 11 euros more!. And it wasn´t. The place is spotless, superb location, and a spectacular team to attend the guests. I didn´t feel at a hotel... they made me feel at home!

Here I especially enjoyed: - Pre-ordering for breakfast with varied options (more than typical Italian sandwiches and pastries) - Full supply of different teas in the room (incl. herbal teas - good to drink something without caffeine in the evening) - Delicious cookies available in the hall - I think they were a smaller version of ricciarelli - later I bought some to take them home - Private parking space as the hotel has own patio

Room was quite small, but sufficient if you're focused on spending time in the city.

The location was perfect to everything. We took a taxi from the train station but it was only a 10 minute walk. The staff goes above and beyond to help in any way. I would stay here again and would visit their other lodging in Southern Italy.

I can’t think of one thing that could have been done better.

An excellent property with large well equipped and comfortable rooms., We even had a rooftop balcony off our main room. Location is excellent within easy walking distance to main attractions and shopping/restaurant precincts.

Didn't realise the parking attracted a "tax" which meant an extra 40 euros for a 3 day stay. Also the rate as advertised by Booking.com was slightly different - more expensive.

Beautiful, spacious room with kitchenette (handy for tea and coffee) and a huge bathroom with a great shower. Excellent location for sightseeing and restaurants. Host gave us lots of advice on both, which proved really useful. Breakfast was very good too.
