I really like this place. Good location really near the public transportation, Vaticano, and the city center. The price is really affordable and really honest. Free breakfast. Cozy room. The owner of the hotel really friendly and talkative. I'm really experienced traveler and I can say that hotel is fantastic. Also, I can admit that now prices for accommodation in room in Rome are really high and 50-60 euroы you can find only a really bed hostel with low reviews without breakfast, but this place provides you with a small room in the heart of Rome with complimentary breakfast for the same price. This kind of hotel forms a good impression among tourists about Rome. It's nice to see that for someone the hotel business is not only a way to make money on the tourist flow, but also to provide sincere and high-quality service.

This isn't just a hotel! Imagine staying at your uncle's apartment in Rome while he's away—that's the kind of atmosphere you'll find here. These are good apartments with quality renovations, furniture, and plumbing—it's clear that everything was done with care. There are many rooms (about five) and two bathrooms, along with a wonderful kitchen and hallway. You will have a cozy room with fresh linens and towels. The house and neighborhood are very quiet, and it's only a three-minute walk to the metro station. From there, you can reach all the main attractions in just a few minutes. When you step out onto the main road, you'll find a fantastic pizzeria for takeout, a small supermarket, and a cozy restaurant called Beer. This place is so cozy and comfortable that you'll want to come back again! It's an excellent choice for those looking for a safe and budget-friendly option within walking distance of the metro.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Followed the instructions once arrived at the address, got into the building and the apartment using the app. Once I met Giuliano I got keys I could use to the building entrance and a digicode for the apartment door. The apartment has two bathrooms shared by guests and a number of rooms. Each guest has his/her own key for his/her room. As a solo traveler I got the small room. It was clean with access to a balcony shared with the room besides. Bathrooms were clean too. The aparment is nicely situated, close to Cipro underground, to some restaurants and food stores. It is at walking distance to the Vatican be it the museum entrance, or even, a bit further away, St. Peter's Square and Basilica as well as Castel Sant'Angelo. The breakfast is a bit simple but it works fine as a starter. There are anyway food stores nearby should you need more. The room was simple but just what I needed for a few nights.

Nothing really.

I stayed there about 3 nights together with my daughter and we are pretty much satisfied. The host was really helpful and nice, whenever we have questions he would answer us, he even gave me some advice of some places to get nice food + nice shops! For the services I would give it a 9- but be aware: The host won't be in the residence the whole day, if your check in time is way later in the afternoon which I meant 16-17:00, then u probably gotta wait about 15 minutes before he arrives the entrance. Another thing that I have mention is the location, about 10 minutes of normal walking speed you will be arriving the metro station Cipro. The nearest supermarket is only around 5 minutes walk, ITS 24 HOURS SUPERMARKET AND IT GOT SO MANY STUFF FOR A CHEAP PRICE TOTALLY LOVE IT. IT HAS A PROPER WORKING WIFI!!!!!!!!! ALSO MOST OF THE TOURIST SPOT IS IN CLOSE DISTANCE. Ah - also the bed is quite clean.

Let's start at the water... it's quite an old residence. So the warm water is not endless. After running about 2 minutes of warm water- the water needs another 2 minutes to become warm again. Washing my hair was a bit of struggle because of it. They do have a hairdryer + 2 bathroom paired with toilets. And with the same reason, the noise isolation is barely there but the people who stay with you are usually quite quiet at night so that not a problem. But because the old residence, it's quite loud whenever u open/closes your door...

The owner, Giuliano was very friendly. He even took his time to explain the public transportation and the map of Rome. Our room was really big with a huge balcony. We took shared bathroom room. There were two bathrooms with all the amenities which was located in the corridor. There is a pantry for you to use as well. He kept milk, orange juice in the fridge for us to use. Cereals and breads also always there in the pantry to consume. Location wise, it was perfect for us. It’s literally 10 mins walk to the Vatican museum. The nearest metro station is only 5 mins away. There is a supermarket in 5 mins walking distance which is open 24 hours and plenty of food places around. I will definitely come back here.

The interior of the flat looked antique but doesn’t mean it’s dodgy. The flat is hard to find by google too but just give the owner a call. He will guide you.

The breakfast accommodations were good. As I was visiting Vatican City, the location was excellent. I also didn't need to walk too far for shopping or restaurants. Needing 3 keys to enter, it's also very secure.

The biggest problem were the shower curtains in both shared bathrooms. One was too short and kept clithnging to my body while I bathed; the other waste least 3 inches too long and water still floods outside the shower base regardless whether it hangs inside or out. This should be an easy fix.

Giuliano made me feel very welcome and gave excellent advice on things to see and places to eat, etc. I would definitely stay here again. It was April and rather cold and wet, but extra pillows and blankets were made available to make my sleep more comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. The walls are thin, as is common, but everyone was polite and quiet, and they didn't start cleaning or anything too early in case like me, you wanted to sleep in a little after a good night out. Best of all is its proximity to the Cipro subway station, making it easy to get all around Roma on foot.

Shared bathrooms are the only inconvience about this place, and with two of them, I never once had to wait to use one. This is also very clearly stated in the information about the room, so it was not a surprise. This small inconvenience is the only thing I can think of to mention. It was a great home base for a week in Roma.

Great location, very close to Cipro metro station and multiple bus stops around. The room itself was really nice, tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. The bathroom was also great, clean, with all the necessary additions like hairdryer etc And the host, Giuliano, was really nice, accommodating and with clear communication and instructions. I loved it and I cant wait to be back!

Very good location. Close to the Vatican. A lot of restaurants close by and shops and Supermarket also. The room is nice. The owner offers so free snacks. It is a good price for the value

The windows are thin so you can here the outside noise. Also was cold at night. The heating was closed at the end of April, but the owner brought an electric heater.
