I loved the location & the rooms were very clean. I happened to get ill during my stay and the Hotel staff was very kind about giving me privacy and allowing my sister to bring breakfast to my room. Your hotel staff was wonderful about making sure I had taxi service at 3am. When you have a plane to catch it is nice to know your hotel staff is reliable.

The bed was a little hard but that feeling might be influenced by the fact I was ill. The next time I book a stay with you I will ask for a larger room AND a bathtub. I didn't realize those were options I could request. But, when I return to Rome I will definitely book your hotel!

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very nice. The restaurant was very pleasant.

The room. Our room was not what we expected. It was extremely small.

Ideal location close to main attractions, previously stayed close by so know the area, close to the metro, ideal for walking as well.

€14 euros for breakfast? Seriously, I’d of paid €7-8 but, 14 is why I didn’t buy it. Way too expensive

nice older property-spacious room and good location overall. early morning staff very helpful and friendly; night staff unfriendly and questioned us when we needed more towels. we had 3 people and only 2 bath towels. instead of stating they would have more towels sent up, front office person said we should have towels and she would check “to see if we needed more”. We are the guests and stated we needed them, that should be enough reason to send them.

The location of the hotel is perfect 1mim from metro, 10min from piazza di Trevi. Is value for money. Very clean room, every day cleaning. I have double room, very nice front view. All day has hot water!! All day working the general heating in the room!! The breakfast is very good. It has everything. Very good wifi!! Its recommended!!!

Little noise from toom to room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. And the breakfast was also very convenient and good!

The only problem was that the room felt like a sauna the whole time. The couldn’t be turned off and was too hot.

the staff was super friendly and welcoming . the location was perfect close to anything and everything I wanted to do including the metro station for daily travels around the city .

I’m used to having a lot of shower space and my room’s shower was super tiny and didn’t drain well so it filled at bottom quite fast .. other than that it was wonderful .

The hotel is simple and comfy, with a good breakfast and amazing staff and location.

Once I booked I didn’t pay attention to the size of the individual room, which is really small, like reeally small, I could barely fit in the shower and sometimes it was only cold water on it…

We got upgrade to junior suite with beautiful terrace on 5th floor which made us very happy :) Stayed at this hotel before and will stay again-great location,clean and spacious rooms, central but not too noisy and beautiful Via Veneto.Great stay!

Only decaf coffee in our room-not good for coffee lovers:)
