Hotel is in great location, hotel itself is in historical building and just stunning. Very classy. Staff at reception were always welcoming, made us feel that they were happy to see us- just wonderful. We felt that all people that worked in hotel took pride in their work and were really accommodating to us. Special thanks to Simone - he was very helpful. We stayed in beautiful suite as we were traveling with 4 month old baby boy and 6 year old daughter and all our needs were accommodated. Suite was very comfortable for our family. We got to have breakfast every morning( 7 days) in stunning room and couple times they even had lady playing harp.

The only thing I could give is as a feedback is about breakfast- every morning there was scrambled eggs. Wish sometimes they had poached eggs or omelette.

Our huge thanks to the wonderful hotel! Everything is very beautiful and worthy! Excellent service - wonderful staff, very professional and caring specialists at the reception - Barbara and Olga! Upon arrival, a surprise was waiting for us: an upgrade of the room) On the day of departure, Barbara helped us a lot, she got into our situation - they extended the room to the desired hour. The restaurant is also with excellent staff and cuisine. The entire hotel staff is just on top! Thanks to everyone for their professionalism, care, understanding and created beauty and a warm, wonderful atmosphere!

A real 5 stars hotel, very good standards, amazing Harp player for breakfast!

We had 2 rooms very modern but basement floor and not on main part of the Hotel. Checking lady gave the impression that she choose them for us on purpose. We did not ask to change because they were very modern, beautiful and for us with kids was adequate as we could make some noise, we were quasi alone on the floor. etc…. Nevertheless, as a general comment I think those type of views should not be sold to clients at 500e per day/per room. Again, it was good for us for the reason mentioned. Personal was very kind except this first lady that did our check in, quite cold attitude, no smile, no friendly welcome attitude. The rest, very nice staff.

First and foremost is how professional the staff is, demonstrating a careful selection process for each position and a genuine care for guests’ wellbeing. Only those hotels aimed at fulfilling the purpose of making their guests a truly memorable stay achive that stage and the Regina Baglioni is certainly one of the few of them. Being in a central location, on just 5 minutes walk to Trevi, Via Condotti or Spanish Steps make it the ideal choice for those willing to be central while, at same time, not suffering from noise and crowds of hotels exactly just on those places. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added value, for those appreciating that unique characteristic, of having pieces of furniture that are, each of them, true pieces of art deco of the best materials that one can imagine. A good reason on its own to chose the Regina Baglioni rather than a standard big hotel chain hotel. Breakfast is also another great must at the hotel. On top of the wide range of options from the buffet and the attentive service, besides the magnificent atmosphere of the salon, one would have its spirit also fed by the enchanting sound of the harp played by a talented lady maestro.

Despite all the pros mentioned, room temperature control seemed not to be able to provide the requested temperature, being excessively warm while it was too cold outside. Construction works at the nearby hotel Intercontinental were too noisy from very early in the morning, as early as 4 AM, so ask for a room not facing Via Liguria

We loved our weekend in Baglioni Hotel Regina. Its location is excellent, we were able to walk from there to most places of interest. We were greeted warmly and everybody (reception team, concierge, doormen and waiting staff) was attentive and invariably nice. My son remembers fondly their carbonara- he insists it was the best he had in Rome and I tend to agree with him. A minor issue we encountered during our stay was dealt with swiftly and courteously. To me, this speaks volumes about the professionalism of the staff- quite often highly rated hotels do not live up to the expectations when problems arise, which was not the case in Baglioni. I booked a fairly basic room as I knew we'd spend most of our time out and about, but it was just perfect in size and extremely clean. A little unexpected welcome gift for my son made him very happy and it is now a cherished memory of the good times we spent in Rome. We will happy to return to BHR on our next visit to Rome, hopefully soon.

This hotel is terrific. It’s luxurious and elegant. The service and staff are exactly what you expect from this standard of hotel - perfect. The breakfast room is beautiful and it’s worth every penny. Don’t go looking for a cheap eat nearby - pay for the breakfast. The Brunello bar and restaurant are fabulous. We had a deluxe double which was a perfect size - not too cosy at all.

The SPA. It’s not becoming of a hotel of this standard. They only take 2 (two) at a time and you have to book in advance. This lets the hotel down but if it’s not important to you then this is a 10 out of 10 hotel.

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location. Amazing and accommodating staff that really helped turn our short stay into a memorable time. Our final room was spectacular

we arrived very early like 8am from an international flight but had to wait until 5pm to check in. this was despite us informing the hotel ahead of time and in spite for being told it would be ready “soon” upon arrival. we know it’s tricky in those times to predict but next time we would have just booked an extra night. Additionally the room we were first given when we were finally able to check in had a shower that splattered water everywhere but the actual shower and the AC was broken (it was 85 deg during the day). once we made the hotel aware they moved us to a wonderful room.

This is a truly stunning hotel. A veritable 'Palazzo' which bathes you in luxury and splendor. The facilities are great, as is the gym. For us, the highlight was the breakfast in this beautifully decorated ballroom, which was accentuated by the fact that there was a live Harp concert every morning. We will come back.

Nothing. The only 'less than great' point was the Spa. It consists of a jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, and a sauna. Although they were nice, you had to book your time slot in advance and we had trouble finding a suitable moment.
