Good location not far from the Termini train station & tour bus stops ("not far" meaning "it was manageable for me to bring ~30kgs of luggage to the hotel on foot"), walking distance from many Rome's landmarks like Trevi fountain or Pantheon, many shops, a great cafe next door and a great restaurants in 7-minute walk.

The sink looks great, but is somewhat prone to splashes due to low depth, so be cautious while washing hands. A shower inside the bedroom is unorthodox, but manageable. I don't remember slippers or bathrobes in the room, so if you frequently use them, you should bring your own. Also, our view was on an auxiliary street, so nothing fancy there to see.

Very nice and clean room. Not easy to locate the first time but once located it's very easy to find. Beautiful apartment with standup as shower located inside the room separate from the toilet which was very good. We stayed two nites. Will definitely return again

No toiletries items like shampoo or soap. We used the soap dispenser in the bathroom for shower needs but very minor. I can bring my own next time.

Excellent service from check in to check out Ladies in the office along with Yves were very very helpful in securing our 5 pieces of luggage so we could explore Rome for the day and catch our 6pm flight home. Grazie !

The woman who is the security person in the front of the building was very grumpy and not at all helpful upon our arrival. By the way she works for the apartment building and not the Hotel.

The rooms and toilets were quite neat and clean. Comfortable bed and small pantry with coffee machine & hot water Very close to main station. Automated check-in available. Very decent , safe & secure place to Rome central station . We were quiet skeptical first about the but this place is worth the stay.

Be a little careful with the shower cabin :) otherwise no complaints

great value for money especially for what you pay in rome. location was really good with just a short walk to all major tourist attractions and only minutes walk away from termini and local bus stops. never get unsafe in the area also which is great. friendly staff. really clean and whatsapp messaged for any questions was really helpful

we think electricity was tripping in our room as we saw bright light flash twice during our stay -? coming from fridge

The room we booked was absolutely fantastic. (number 2) it had be recently re decorated as we were informed by the lovely guy who came to check us in and make sure we knew where everything was! the rooms are more than big enough with lots of space and finished to a high spec. The hotel is situated close to the station and also not more than 30 minute walk from some of the main attractions/sights (colosseum, trevi fountain, pantheon & spanish steps) which could not have been any more ideal to us as we were hear to take all the history and sights of Rome in! we really were very very happy with the booking we made and maybe one day in the future we will be back!

some people might not like the shower in the bedroom and not in the separate bathroom but for us it wasn’t a problem! the hotel is a little confusing to find as it located within part of a much bigger complex but once we had messaged the WhatsApp message provided to us in a detailed email after the booking we soon found where we needed to be and wasn’t an issue after that.

Fully renovated, beautifully furnished - super comfortable beds! standard room is a bit tight on size for 2 people but since you’re out most of the day would definitely stay here again - deluxe room is much bigger so might be worth the splurge for a longer stay. Clean, modern and full on AC - this felt like a wonderful oasis in a great location with very attentive host

not something I didn’t like but thought this was like more of a traditional hotel when booking, but check in is online and rooms are connected through a small common area which has potential to feel crowded with other guests (might be my covid ptsd coming through :)) but we didn’t really see anyone else while there and it worked out great for us!

Unfortunately the minibar was not working. I complained at the reception but it was not fixed while I was there. A refrigerator is important in the summer in Rome.

I really enjoyed my stay, just be aware the rooms are in a big old classic building. Rooms are updated, but furniture and what not are a little worn and dated, which is why it’s probably such a reasonably priced spot for the location.

The room was so spacious, and we had everything we needed available to us. The gentleman that was our liaison had amazing communication, and was super professional and helpful!! It was super close to a safe and clean area, and very near attractions.

No elevator available but honestly this was the only downside! We would definitely stay here again 🥰
